My husband and I purchased this mattress in November of 2021 and love it so much. We were sleeping like crap before on our pillow top, this was our first memory foam. We absolutely love it and sleep fine but I must say that it does seem to hold heat despite have cooling everything. We even have the cooling pillows and blankets but alas. Still gets warm. We sleep with a fan on and that helps. But it does tend to hold heat in one spot.

Bought this for my daughter and we are so happy! So much better than o es we have tried from the local furniture stores. Great price, now she is getting. Great sleep every night! Super helpful for back problems, fibromyalgia and any other sleep impeding issues. We love it!!

We ordered and received our Nectar King size mattress and base quickly! Unfortunately, I could tell quickly that the mattress was defective...it didn't inflate right away and had some awkward bend and bumps in the mattress the shouldn't have been there. I called the customer service line after 24 hours to report issue. They were nice, but we were told we had to wait 72 hours before they could do anything. So, sleeping in our guest room for those nights, we called again after 72 hours, were instructed to take pictures while on the phone and they confirmed the mattress was defective and would order us a new one. The new one arrived within a week and it inflated quickly and is great! The problem is that we are left with how to dispose of the defective mattress. We were told to donate, but we cannot find anyone who will accept mattress even though it was never slept on. And it's defective! Overall, the experience, even with the issue was good! Mattress if firmer than expected but we really like it! Would buy from them again.

Great mattress. Shopped around a lot and was the best bang for the buck. Firm supportive feel, but also soft feeling when sleeping. Really good for me sleeping on my stomach and my lower back barely ever hurts when I get up. The only thing I don't like about the mattress is it is not 76" x 80." It measures more like 75" x 77" and I've had it for a couple of months now.

I ordered the Premier Copper Memory mattress and the adjustable base. I received all my products amazingly quick, set up was fast and I was was sleeping happily in my new bed in no time. I previously suffered from waking up miserably hot when sleeping on another very expensive brand. The Copper mattress is the coolest temperature mattress I have ever slept on. It's very comfortable, I am finally sleeping through the night, as soon as my head hits my new pillow. Now I cannot wait to go to bed!

I’ve had the best sleep ever since getting this mattress. I wish I would’ve found this product sooner so I could’ve had better sleep all those years. And while the pillows that come with the bed don’t fluff up much, they are so great to sleep on! No matter what kind of sleeper you are, (side, stomach, back or something in between) you will enjoy this mattress. Keep in mind, it is foam, so there will be a certain amount of “hugging” so if you change positions a lot, it will be a little more effort than you’re likely used to. Enjoy!

If folks are looking for what I personally consider a firm bed I highly recommend. I used to sleep on a very firm bed and loved it. But since those times I've got very bad hip and back & leg problems, and it's just too much on the form side for me and my husband.. We have had problems with sagging in the bed as well. We are not large or overweight people. We are currently working with Nectar on replacement beds, and I will update this review after having the replacement for a fair period of time. In the beginning we did have a issue with contacting them and trying to get our point across but we were able to reach someone much more professional and helpful in our situation. So if you do call and have a bad experience give it time and call back to try and get someone else. We almost gave up and threw it on the curb but we gave it another shot and like I said above we are expecting a new bed setup!! But if you are looking for a soft cushy mattress this might not be for you. A medium/firm is a very accurate on the description. I've gotten used to it and find comfort each night. Sleep well everyone!!!

So far the bed is very comfortable and we sleep wonderfully. There is still a little bit of curve in the end of the mattress from being rolled up in the box and it has been a little over a month, but I think it is slowly finishing its expanding. Great bed overall

We purchased the new mattress about a month ago, at first the mattress was very hard with strong support. After few night the mattress started to adapt to our bodies and now the sleeping experience is very pleasant and comfortable. We add a pillow top cover and it is all together unbelievable

The mattress takes some getting use to. After nearly 6 weeks I still have not adjusted to it. Unfortunately I gave my old mattress away so I’m stuck. As for the adjustable part of the bed, don’t believe them when they say it fits on a platform, it does not. So I have an expensive bed with an uncomfortable mattress and am not able to use the mechanical Adjustment part unless I’m willing to get rid of an equally expensive platform or cut the bed apart. Needless to say, I regret this purchase.
