This mattress if the perfect combination of support and comfort! If you are a couple that has opposite preferences when it comes to the level of firmness, this is the ultimate compromise. You will both sleep happy! This mattress also has been great for temperature control. The sheet set is comfortable and the quality is better than expected. The pillows could be better, disappointing in comparison to the mattress.

I have had my Nectar Original mattress for almost a year (March 1 2022 to now, February 2023) and I would never get it again. It's way too soft and my lower body (around the hips, whether side or back sleeping) sinks way too far into the mattress. Even when kneeling on the bed or putting something heavy on it, there's a ton of give. The lack of support and sinking issue puts a lot of pressure on my neck which is forced higher if I'm on my back, or on my shoulder if side-sleeping. Even in a New York winter, the mattress would get so hot I'd have to turn off the heat and open a window. You can actually feel how hot the mattress gets, not the blankets or anything like that. My body has been in pain all year from this mattress and I'm exited that I have finally saved up to get a new one. Not from here! I don't know what the other types are like, but this one was a nightmare. I have tried Casper and Serta and neither had problems with cooling or support.

I’ve had another brand of “mattress in a box” for a few years now and was never super happy with it. After getting my Nectar I’m sad I didn’t change sooner! It’s firm, but no firmer than it needs to be, the side retention is amazing, and it’s cool to sleep on. I can’t recommend it enough.

I’m really happy with the Nectar mattress. The entire process from buying to delivery was smooth. Appreciate the quick turnaround during this pandemic. The mattress itself is medium firm and provides perfect support while sleeping. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought this to replace an older, uncomfortable mattress in hopes of easing back and hip pain and also to provide a comfortable bed for my 92-year old mom when she goes to assisted living. The mattress sleeps warm which is hard for me, but my mom will love. It is also hard for both of us to get up out of without a bedrail. Can't sit on the edge like a 'regular' mattress. That said, it has improved the back/hip pain some.

I was skeptical, after buying several different mattresses all giving me the same results. I decided to try the nectar after reading the reviews. I slept on my new bed, first night out was amazing. Woke up no back pain, hip pain. Felt rested. And to top off a good nights rest the mattress gave of very little odor, dissipated quick.

The customer service is excellent. But the mattress never fully expanded and the sheets had hole sin them, and the pillows were nothing like in the pictures. I end up having my money back for the mattress which is good and now I starred again the hunt for another mattress. I hoped that this would have worked out. :(

I was hesitant to buy the bed and frame etc. I’m so happy I did, I haven’t slept this well in years. I was suffering from back and hip pain for years, I was constantly tossing and turning for years as well. I sleep like a rock all night, so happy about my purchase. Purchased about 6 months ago

I started off thinking this was going to be a good mattress by everything that's set about it come to find out that is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. When I lay on it my butt goes down my head goes up and my feet goes up. I call nectar and they tell me I can't do anything for 30 days. I could tell from the beginning the mattress wasn't going to work for but I gave it 21 days. Obviously nectar does not care about the pain I am in they tell me I have to wait another 10 days before I can do anything about it. Now mind you it says that you can refund it anytime within 365 days that is a lie. After all the good reviews I read on this mattress it's really a disappointment the way it ended up being. And the company itself was even a bigger disappointment in the way they treated me. I would not suggest this company to anybody. Unless you're looking for the worst nice sleep ever.

I just moved in with my girlfriend and I was fine with using my old mattress, but it's a very firm bed and she's used to sleeping on much softer mattresses. So I was looking into getting a new one to accommodate us both. I was skeptical, at first, on whether or not this bed would fit both our needs, but I was surprised to find out that it worked perfectly for us both. It's just the right firmness for me but soft enough to where my girlfriend isn't uncomfortable. best of both world!
