Super comfortable. It’s a little weird at first if you had an innerspring before. You have to get used to not having that spring. But it’s very comfortable. The only thing that’s weird is because it doesn’t have the side stitching of an innerspring, it sinks down if you’re sitting on the edge of it. But that have anything to do with sleeping. For sleeping it’s definitely pretty soft, but not too soft.

I’m the type that does my reach and read the reviews before purchasing. So when you seen a bunch of bad reviews about how people didn’t get their stuff or got a completely different mattress then what they had ordered I was hesitant but went ahead and ordered anyways because I seen more good reviews then bad and So far so good. We ordered on the 1st of may and received the sheets and the adjustable bed frame by the 7th. Sucks the mattress didn’t come the same time but seriously it’s not that big of deal. So now we are just waiting on the mattress over all so far so good. Highly recommend

So i ordered a mattress 10 days ago and have yet to be provided a valid tracking number. I’ve called Cs and was told that they are using a new carrier which does not provide tracking information to them or customers. So in reality I’m out of luck with being able to determine if I will be able to host family in my home tomorrow night which is Thanksgiving. I’m beyond disappointed and upset to see that the promised date of arrival was nothing more to than just a random date picked instead of a date that Nectar can promise on. I tried cancellation the order but was told that it would take up to 14 days to be processed and I need the money to purchase a mattress for family that’s coming in from out of town. Either way the jokes on me for relying on the ETA provided by Nectar. Ok will definitely not recommend this to anyone nor will I purchase again.

The lifetime warranty without a doubt gives me security should the mattress not last; but I have no doubt that it will live up to standards. The day it arrived, every time I lay on it, I would get stuck for half an hour because of how comfortable it was. I am generally a stomach sleeper, but cannot sleep on my stomach on most mattresses as it is uncomfortable. About a month in I am very happy to have purchased the Nectar mattress.

I was a little skeptical about the firmness of this mattress, since it’s a bed in a box… but holy cow was I wrong!! My old mattress was another box bed, but it lost its firmness pretty quick, and I was constantly sinking in and waking up with back pain, and even neck pain. Once I unboxed the mattress, I was so amazed at how firm it was, and how easily I could roll out of it. Even the edges are super supportive. I can sleep on both my back and side and no longer wake up with pain. If you’re a back or side sleeper looking for a supportive mattress that’s also cooling, this is it!!

I was thinking about buying this queen mattress for a few months and finally pulled the trigger one day. I wish I did earlier because I have had the best sleep in a very long time with this mattress!! it is the perfect amount of soft and hard, is super easy to install with 1 helper, doesn't make me hot and doesn't hurt my back. I sleep in a few different positions and it is good for all of them. definitely recommend and would also purchase more nectar products in the future.

We have tried multiple mattresses and were not able to figure out which would work best for me and my wife. We were confused between nectar and sealy, finally we decided to invest in nectar. Started having the best sleep, even with turns in the night the other person stays un disturbed, thats the best part.

I did extensive research on the right mattress before buying my new house. After a few months of Google searches and reading online reviews, I elected to go with Nectar for the mattress. It took us no time to set everything up. We laid down and went to straight to sleep with no issues. We have had the mattress for over a month and haven't looked back. From someone who works overnights and has issues with consistent sleep, I can say that Nectar has helped sleep more soundly and get a full night's sleep. We purchased the mattress, bed foundation, matress pprotector, pillow and sheet set. It's the best value for a new mattress and accessories. I cannot recommend the company and products more highly. We are Nectar fans for life.

As a person who herniated two discs over 10 years ago, I have been very conscientious about stretching and taking care of my back. However, every morning I would wake up with back pain after sleeping on my old mattress. Since purchasing the Nectar mattress, I have had no pain since the first day I have slept on it over three weeks ago. I love this mattress and would recommend it to anyone with back pain or he just wants a comfortable mattress and a good night sleep. In fact, I even ordered one as a gift for my son with chronic back pain, as well as my 94-year-old mother!

Some say it’s smart packaging that they store the pieces for your bed frame inside the back of the headboard. But because they placed the metal facing up in mine, it ripped through my headboard during shipment. On top of that the box and headboard were wet… I messaged live support three times, each time they asked for proof, I sent it, they said yes we got the pictures, can I have your information? I send it to them and then they never responded. I requested a replacement within 20 minutes of receiving my package, the pictures were clear, I gave all my info, so there was no reason to not at least try to help with this.
