When I first purchased this mattress it helped with my hip and back pain. After just 10 months the mattress seemed to get more and more soft. Now it’s terrible and I wake up in pain. My husband complains that he keeps sinking into the middle of the bed. Also, it sleeps hot.

I really wanted an adjustable bed because I like to read before going to sleep and my husband wanted a new mattress so Nectar filled our needs perfectly. It took me a couple nights to get adjusted to the different feel of the mattress, but I really like it! It is as advertised: no pressure points so my arms haven't been going to sleep as I lay on my side. Everything is perfect for me.

I was finally excited to get a new mattress and everything that I had read about the nectar even made me a little more excited but as the weeks went by I never really noticed much of a difference. I called a representative and spoke with her and she advised me to give it the 30 days trial which I have done and I'm still am disappointed disappointed. It's not what I thought it was going to be. I tried to stay away from the conventional mattresses sealy,posturepedic etc. I live on social security so buying a new mattress was a big deal for me and honestly I have to say that I am disappointed in the mattress itself it looks nice it is nice but it's just not for me.

I have had this a short amount of time. About 6-7 weeks now and this mattress is a welcome change from the other one. It was weird at first with the memory foam but it is comfortable. I have yet to wake up with back pain or neck pain. Last mattress I woke up with that more than 4 times a week and I didn’t realize why. I now know the reason and it’s because the mattress needed replacement. The sheets that came with it were surprisingly soft and comfortable. I do wish I could have a different color other than white but they are nice. The pillows took a little getting used to but that’s because the old bed and pillows needed to be replaced. Not everyone is going to have the same results with this mattress but I am happy with it.

We are in love with our new nectar mattress! After sleeping on an expensive SleepNumber bed for the past few years, we switched to a nectar when deciding to upgrade from a Queen to a King (to fit our new canine family member). I am sleeping better than I have in years and wake up with considerably fewer aches and pains! The first mattress that was sent to us was defective, however customer service was very responsive and the replacement process was very smooth.

The mattress is comfortable when I lay on it at first when going to sleep. Since I have had this mattress I have had hip pain. I have not been too concerned about it, from what I have read it takes some time for the body to adjust. I went to the chiropractor to get on a routine again. Surprisingly they said I was in pretty good shape. It seems to support me well, 5’ 11” 190 lbs The mattress does sleep hot I don’t like that at all. For this mainly, I am considering returning the mattress I am not sure yet.

I own a Queen size mattress that I purchased from nectar over a year ago - bought it together with the bed frame and sleep bundle sheet set. So, when I decided I wanted a bigger bed, I decided to buy from this same company a King Size mattress with bed frame and sleep bundle sheet set. Unfortunately, this second purchase came as a disappointment (not all of them though). First, the pillows did not expand to the size that they are supposed to be (at least I feel like it didn't). When I compare it to the previous purchase, the pilots that came with it, fit snugly into the pillowcases that came in with the sleep bundle sheet set. I have laid out the new pillows to expand since June 21 (as soon as I received them) and up until June 30, hoping they would expand some more even after the 3-day window that they were supposed to do that. But when I put them inside the pillowcases that came from the Nectar Sleep Bundle Sheet Set, they had at least a 3-inch room from top to bottom and at least a 5-inch room from side to side. Basing off of my previous purchase, I don't think they expanded the way they were supposed to. Secondly, the Sleep Bundle Sheet Set was another disappointment. The sheets were very sheer to the point that I can see the blue piping on the pillow through the pillowcase, from a few meters away. I even placed a different pillow (for comparison, thinking that maybe it was more visible because it was a blue-colored piping) but I was still able to see a white-colored tag (from a different pillow) through the pillowcase, looking at it from the same distance as I previously did.

Im pretty happy over here with my new matress. I had my previous one for over 10 years so this is like sleeping on a cloud. I will say im used to sleeping on soft matress toppers and I had just got one before I bought the Nectar. I tried the matress topper on top of the Nectar and I slept on the matress without. I did feel more comfortable with the topper but I like soft to medium feeling. I was having back pain before and when I got yhr new matress I dont feel like I have been waking up with body pains now. Im super stoked on the quality for the price I paid.

(Your representative on Chat suggested that I post this.) I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress. In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did. Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real! At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic. Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.

We recently upgraded to a king mattress and purchased the mattress and foundation through Nectar. The foundation was super easy to install by myself in about 15 minutes. The mattress came well packaged and had no issues with setup. We waited a couple of nights prior to sleeping on it and found it to be a great purchase.
