We love the beds. The ease and convenience of being able to adjust our comfort is just wonderful. Our only disappointment was the quality of the bed pillows that came with our order. They never puffed up and are terrible thin and unusable. Other than that, we are in heaven.

My husband and I purchased a king size mattress on November 22, 2021 that was delivered on the 26th. We were really happy with how quickly our mattress arrived and we’re eager to open it up as soon as it arrived at our door. We started to grow disappointed though as we noticed our mattress wasn’t expanding correctly. We have it two weeks to be totally sure, but it ended up only being 9 inches high, the end wouldn’t uncurl and there was a 8 inch gap between the end of the mattress and our bed frame. It didn’t even get close to expanding as it should have. We contacted customer service on December 11th and they sent us a replacement for free. Unfortunately we had the exact same issue… ugh. Thankfully they offered us a full refund and had someone reach out to us to pick the mattress up for donation. I however will never recommend Nectar again because of this. We are really disappointed and now will have to start shopping for a new mattress all over again.

The mattress does not provide a good nights rest as advertised. The mattress is not worth the investment. The mattress does not provide any of the good sleep that is advertised. The company is disreputable and does not provide a refund under 365 days as advertised. Everyone should be warned to stay away from any dealings with this company and the overhyped mattress.

Ordered a mattress and now it's delayed delivery. No clue when it will arrive. If i knew this, i probably would have looked into another mattress or company. Probably should have told me that the mattress delivery would be delayed before i paid a lot of money for it.

I sold on the fact, no questions asked, no return hassles. The first 3 days, my mattress started sinking, I gave it a couple of weeks and noticed I have to not sleep in the same area of the mattress, so I called and NOW I have do measurements and photos and it hadn't even been 30 days and the issues started in just 3 days of ownership

my sister got one of these beds a while ago and loved it. since i moved i was getting tired of sweating every single night while i slept, so i decided to save up and get something people seemed to like that was also rather affordable. at first it was perfect and i couldnt have been more comfortable, the sheets were soft, the pillow was good, and i wasnt overheating. fast forward a few months and despite all that cool advertising it seems like just another piece of memory foam with the same issue the material has always had. im sweating like i was before. i tried different sheets, having thw fan on etc; i have the room in the house thats the coldest in winter and warmest in summer, ironically im overheating again. its a fine mattress but its not for me. id recommend it if you havent had issues with memory foam before.

I have bought 8 of these mattresses for rental properties that I own and I also have multiple in my own house. I've even convinced neighbors and friends to buy them. Everyone always calls to tell me what a good decision it was. Big fan of Nectar. I will always buy these for future houses.

I purchased this mattress because a friend recommended it to me. I told her I was having terrible back pain and that I also needed a bigger mattress because of my dog. It is a great mattress, and I wake up with minimal pain. My dog and I can sleep comfortably on it!

Ordered the mattress and foundation in May . My son loves the mattress but the foundation is falling apart just from weight from sleeping on it the leg just fell apart and the bed collapsed while he was sleeping . Very cheaply made and the material was even damaged when we opened the box but my son said it was ok , because he thought it would only be a cosmetic issue . Now the mattress doesn’t have a sturdy foundation to sleep on . Customer service keeps giving me the run around and the bed and frame is supposed to have a three year warranty ! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep said they aren’t available. They continue to ask for pictures through email I’ve already sent . This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous!

We have had our nectar mattress for maybe 5 years and it was real comfortable for awhile but now we have 2 pockets in it where we sleep, my husband and I can’t sleep in it anymore because it’s hurting our backs , just wondering if that’s a problem with any buddy else. Thank you
