I put a request in for what I thought was a problem for the way the bed goes up. After getting the run around I was told that they didn’t handle the issue and I had to get in touch with nectar directly which I did at the beginning and was told to call and put a ticket in which I did. Also the sheet set is useless. In stead of 2 fitted twin sheets and one flat king I got 2 fitted twin and 2 twin flat. The bed is a king adjustable. It’s impossible to get the 2 flat sheets on without having to almost take the mattress off and tuck them in the middle. I’m 73 years old and it’s not easy.

Due to the current complications with Covid, delivery is often delayed. I suggest ordering earlier so you can have it! It is very comfortable and it doesn't feel too hot to be on it all day. Box was super compact and easy to break down with the little cutter provided! Pillows are awesome, sheets are so nice and soft, definitely a very good investment!

My new twin nectar mattress has been the best choice I’ve made for myself. Having nights full of rest, and waking up with energy to tackle my day is the best. Definitely worth it, especially with the serenity sleep bundle. I didn’t need to spend extra on fittings for my mattress. 100% satisfied!!

I have had this mattress for a month now and it is still not fully "inflated". I followed all of the instructions precisely and for some reason the mattress is still not in full form. The edges are curled a little bit and the top of the mattress isn't evenly matching up with the bottom. For the amount of money, I would have expected a much better product. I would return the product, however I don't want to go through the time/effort that it would take.

When we first got the mattress we loved it but my husband and I were waking up every single morning with back and shoulder pain, which we never had before. We decided to still give it a try for a month and I’m glad we did, the pains were gone and our body got used and adapted to the mattress. So, bottom line, we love our Nectar mattress and I would definitely recommend it and just say to people to try it for a month or so so your body can adapt to it as well.

I purchased this mattress because I was severely in need of a new one. The mattress I had before was causing neck and shoulder pain! After purchasing the nectar mattress my first night felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I slept so hard that I was in a daze when I woke up! Hopefully the mattress will last but if the first impression was this good I’m sure it will be great!

My roommate sleeps on a Nectar mattress. She always raves about how much she loves to live in it. One week, she slept in my bed while I was out of town, and when I came back she said "I don't know how you sleep in that bed. My back hurts!" That night, I couldn't stop recognizing how much my back hurt and started to wonder how much better it could be. After a restless night of sleep, I woke up the next morning and ordered my Nectar bed. I've been sleeping on it for two weeks now and my neck and back feel soooo much better! It's supportive for both back and side sleeping (I shift during the night).

We found the nectar queen mattress to be very comfortable. when you lay down the top forms around you but not in a deep way that holds you in. I've found I turn less and sleep better thru the night. The one thing that surprised me it I dream more. We have no regrets in replacing out regular style mattress with the nectar and highly recommend it.

It’s a nice mattress. Love the long warranty which addresses memory foam compression issues. It’s weirdly not as soft as you’d expect and yet, once on it, it’s soft and supportive. It does sleep hot. Maybe marginally better than other memory foam hybrid beds with their cooling gel layers, but it still sleeps hot. Still debating whether we want to keep it sue to this issue.

Our Nectar mattress arrived... without the frame, even though the shipping dates were the same. Now, since they missed the shipping date for the frame, they changed the estimated date to Dec 7 - 9. However, nobody in Nectar customer service really knows what's going on. They just say the order is "still processing". I really don't understand how it's still "processing" when both items were on the same order. And, since it's under 30 days, I can return it yet.
