Up to the point of purchasing this mattress, nectar was my favorite bed company. We had purchased x3. I thought I was getting the same mattress. This was too soft and no edge support. Most recently our guests left half way through a visit complaining of the mattress. We are grateful for the 365 day trial. The return process has gone smoothly thus far.

Delivery was fast. The mattress itself is firmer than I like, so it is taking some time for my body to adjust to. I would recommend if a firm mattress is what you need but would not recommend if you are looking for a mattress that molds to your body.

The mattress I bought was a great refresher compared to my previous 20-year-old mattress. I needed a change! I get good, solid sleep, and I find the mattress to have the ideal blend of softness and firmness. However, the pillow I got for free with the mattress seems to be too plump for me. It jacked my neck up too high, leaving my neck muscles sore every morning. Overall, though, it was worth the buy and I use the simple solution of buying a different pillow.

I ordered this bed hoping I would fall in love with it and sleep better than I’ve ever slept before. I have been disappointed but has not softened up at all and hold a lot of heat wake up in the night hot and tossing and turning. We’re not recommend this bed

Just sent my first night on my new Nectar mattress. I did let it inflate for 4 days which was needed to get to its full height and fullness and because there was a strong odor for that long. Seems supportive and comfortable, though it will take some time to get used to, I think. The edge of the bed is very mushy when you sit on it, would have preferred it to be more solid.

I purchased this mattress about 3 months ago and I’m VERY disappointed. I feel like I’m already sinking down to the bottom of the mattress and it’s very uncomfortable. I wake up with back pain every day from sleeping and I had higher expectations for this mattress. I would NOT recommend getting this mattress. Save your money because now I’m suffering every morning with back pain from this mattress!

I love this mattress so far, I can’t remember the last time I woke up in the middle of the night and DIDNT feel any body or back pain from sleeping. The mattress is so supportive and soft, it’s like sleeping on a firm yet soft cloud. I hope this quality continues through its life cycle as some mattresses tend to lose that quality fast but I am very hopeful for this product as it has exceeded my expectations as of right now.

I have lots of back and neck problems and a bad mattress from earlier this year exacerbated my problems a lot. I bought this mattress after reading many reviews about how great it was for people with bad backs. Unfortunately, it has done nothing to help and has made things worse. I've read it can take 1-3 months to adjust to a new mattress and break it in, but it's been over a month so far and there have been no changes. I am a back sleeper, I use a really high quality neck pillow prescribed to me by a specialist, and even with a pillow under my knees this is causing major low and mid back stiffness/soreness. I am someone who needs a lot of sleep, and this mattress is majorly affecting the quality and length of my sleep because my back cannot handle being in it for more than a few hours. I believe that this mattress is too soft and is not providing the support that I need. I haven't given up completely yet, but I am starting to think about returning it and finding a different one. I am super bummed and frustrated because of all the positive reviews of this mattress, and the fact that it was so affordable and convenient. I will say that I got the package that included the mattress protector, sheets, and king memory foam pillows, and I LOVE those. They are the best sheets I've ever had and the pillows are great for putting under my knees haha.

We have two Nectars and both are on Thuma platforms. We love them! Mattresses are so personal that it's hard to recommend one for all, but we are both side sleepers and find the Nectar is a good balance between soft and firm, especially since we put it on the Thuma platform (we had it on a flat plywood platform first and that was comfortable enough but it became SUPER amazing comfortable on the new slatted platform).
