My nectar mattress arrived and I aired it out in another room for 24 hours. I assumed the smell would have aired out enough after 24 hours so went ahead and moved it to my bedroom and made my bed. While the mattress was comfortable, I was awoken throughout the first night multiple times by how strong the smell from the mattress was. I then removed the sheets and had to wash all of the bedding due to the smell seeping into my bedding. I aired out the mattress again and ultimately had to move it into another room as the smell was permeating the bedroom. I contacted Nectar's customer support about this and was told that I should have known the mattress would have a strong smell as "all new products smell." When I pointed out their website stated there would be little no smell and that it would dissipate rapidly they then said I could just return the mattress and did not address the order. I'm super dissappointed in both how rude the customer service agents I dealt with were and the strong off gassing that happened with this mattress.

I used to sleep on a Tempurpedic but my back started killing me in a daily basis. I read great things about Nectar and thought I’d try it. Can’t go wrong with a money back guarantee. It arrived at my house sooner than expected and was easy to set up. I love the mattress and my back is no longer ver hurting when I wake up in the morning. Don’t wait, just purchase this mattress!!

It’s been two weeks on my Nectar queen mattress. I have adjusted nicely to the memory foam. I am dealing with some nerve/ muscle issues in my lower back and legs. The Nectar has helped. I am a side sleeper. As a warm sleeper, I find the Nectar to be warm even with a sheet, light blanket and ceiling ceiling fan. I will make adjustments to help and give it a little more time before deciding to keep the mattress.

This twin bed is a new experience for us. The memory foam is very responsive and molds to your body. We love it for the guest room and we have ended up taking naps on it because it’s so comfy. Be aware though, the edge support is non existent. If you sit on the edge of the twin bed, then get in to lie down, you feel the deep indentation from the edge. It goes away after several minutes, and then it’s fine.

It's been years since I bought a mattress for myself and I was very worried about buying one I'd never laid on! I'm a heavy-set woman with back issues and lots of arthritis as well. After doing some research and reading many reviews, I decided to take the plunge and I ordered the Nectar Premier. Was a bit difficult for me to unbox and spread onto the frame, but I managed (much better than trying to manage a regular mattress!) Slight smell initially as they stated, but I left my fan on for a couple hours and it dissipated quickly. Any trace of smell was gone by the time it had fully expanded. I definitely feel the softness (which I prefer) yet feel very supported at the same time. Dogs seemed to like it too :) I did find that it was a bit more difficult than my older mattress to "transfer" (roll over/change sides). I'm a side sleeper and usually wake up at some point during the night having to "flip" due to pain. I've recently had bursitis flare up in my hip which has caused me not to be able to lay on that side, but I tried it last night anyway. I was shocked that it did not cause me any pain! I'm a hot sleeper as well but found even with the mattress cover I also purchased from Nectar, I stayed comfortable all night. Very pleased with the purchase. Thank you!

(Your representative on Chat suggested that I post this.) I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress. In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did. Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real! At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic. Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.

We bought the Nectar mattress for our toddler and LOVE it! We've had it about 2 months now and it's a great quality mattress. It's more plush than other mattress-in-a-box beds. For reference, we have a Casper Original in our master bedroom, and while that one is also super comfy it's definitely firmer than the Nectar. You sink into the Nectar much more, but it still offers support. I've slept on it a few times and it's definitely comfortable and my son loves it. I would recommend this mattress!

I am a nurse and I do CrossFit and weight lifting for fun. My body always hurts, and my back and hips were the first thing that really started hurting me... I would wake up and be in so much pain that I would get migraines from the stress it was putting on my lumbar spine and S1 area. A couple weeks later my neck started to be involved and my migraines got so much worse. I finally figured out it was my mattress. I did the research and found how well nectar compares with all the top brands! And I caved in. The first night I slept on it, best sleep I’ve had in months. I’m so happy with it!

It really is just a lovely rectangle of foam, perfectly suited to asmaller body type. For me, it was ike sinking into quicksand. I wish the company well and appreciate thier patience and help in understanding my frustration and wanting to return the mattress. yikes. I did have to wait an entire month. The poor mattress was just leaning up against a wall taht whole time. it is what it is. MAke sure it's waht you really really want. Don't jump into the decision!

My husband and I are one month sleeping on our Nectar mattress and LOVE it. I can’t picture us returning it. For reference, I am a 150 lbs stomach sleeper and my husband is a 230 lbs back/side sleeper. The mattress offers the perfect amount of support. We both run hot in our sleep. Nectar is nice and cool despite its memory foam. We also share a bed with our dog who moves around a bit. The memory foam keeps movement to a minimum. Looking forward to many more sleep-ful nights!
