The mattress and frame was delivered on time. But mattress removal with their partner Sharetown is very painful. I reached out to them multiple times, every time I get a different excuse. First they hide behind the legally allowed 30 days window. Now that the 30 days removal window is over, they still haven’t done a thing to take the mattress away… Seems like once they make their money, they don’t care to honor the no hassle removal. I wonder if returning a mattress is really as easy as they advertise

I have had my mattress for exactly 2 years now and I have better sleep on our worn down couch. My knees hurt every morning from waking up, I've had more pinched sciatic nerve issues in the past 3 months, and my shoulder cuts off feeling to my arm if I sleep on my side for more than 30 minutes. 1 year refund, 2nd year crap

I cannot get over that this mattress came out of a box! Watching it unfold and lift was amazing. After letting it sit for 5 hours, we were able to enjoy an amazing first night's sleep. I was recommended to Nectar by a friend I sleep so well on this mattress. My partner the other night said "I am amazed at how deep I sleep on this bed." I highly recommend this mattress, firmer for a memory foam, but very comfortable.

The Nectar mattress is very very comfortable and their customer service was amazing!! However, I am skeptical of the “cooling technology” they claim to have (as well as other mattress companies). I don’t think it is actually cooling, as I still wake up in the middle of the night hot. Also, the mattress took FOREVER to get to my new home, so that was real inconvenient. It took my body about a week to adjust to this memory foam mattress, but now I love it! Never going back to box spring.

Mattress seems to be well made. Remains cool at night. Awesome that it was delivered to my door. At times I still smell that weird smell, but it’s fine. It’s comfortable, but it’s a bit too hard for my liking. I wish there had been a softer option. I can’t even imagine how I would be able to get it back into the box to return it.

I bought this mattress for a first room so I have actually slept on it but I can speak to the service. Ordering was so easy and my order came early! I was also impressed by the quality of the sheets, mattresses cover and pillows that came with the mattress.

This has been the best purchase by far! It is the most comfortable bed I've ever owned. I fall asleep fast, and could sleep well past my alarm time. Im a side sleeper & this is perfect. I typically also hate sleeping on my back, but I find it comfortable to do so on this bed.

Best mattress I've every bought/slept on. The price is as amazing as this mattress!!! Woke up with that lower back pain, when it hurts to take a deep breath, for waaaay too long. First night, gone! Use to wake up 8-10 times a night to shift position, no more!

Have not slept on it enough yet to give a good review. I have Restless Leg Syndrome so sometimes it’s hard to even get to bed. Does seem to get warmer than I was hoping since one of its selling points was its cooling properties. We put the Nectar sheet package on it and it was way to hot to sleep in. My wife agreed she was way hotter than old mattress and sheets so we put old sheets on and it was better but still too warm.

Very firm mattress. I got this to help with waking up with a stiff back but this seems to be so firm that it almost makes it worse than my previous mattress. I've had it for a month now and I would say for people who struggle with weight issues it's probably good. But for me it is way too firm.
