Absolutely the Best Mattress we have ever had. So comfortable. Great for side sleep. We also are so happy with the pillows. They are without a dought the Best pillows as well. I had been researching the nectar company it self and the products they offer.I did a comparison to Needle and Tuff,Purple,Lull and my old time mattress Casper;what did I decided to do try Nectar.Me and my Husband are very honest about our mattresses but,a good night's sleep makes a big difference.We recieved our mattress a little later than normal but,the company kept us updated on our delivery timeframe.We read the directions on how to roll it out and the time frame to let it sit so,it would form properly.Once,it was ready,it was time to place it on our bed frame and dress our bed up with the lovely accessories that came with our purchase of the mattress.What all came with it free???I'm glad you asked.It came with a sheet set,pillows,mattress cover.They are soo nice,comfortable and breathable sheets to eliminate sweating.The mattress shoes you which way to place it on your bed,it is very thick(solid foundation) but,very comfortable.It's not to firm and not to soft its just right.Now,to be fair we have only been sleeping on it for about two weeks BUT,the NECTAR mattress has given me something I haven't had in a few years a FULL nights sleep.I actually slept all night and didn't need to toss and turn to get to sleep. I just received the large dog bed. First problem. Box says extra large. I call and after some discussion was told the large come in box that says extra large, the medium in a box that says large and the extra large in a box that says jumbo. Understand? Me neiither. So we opened the bos. The first thing is the cleaning and care instructions. The instruction SPOT CLEAN ONLY, DO NOT WASH. The website clearly states WASHABLE. Are you kidding me! Who would buy a dog bed without a washable cover! SO I would NOT believe anything advertised from this company.

I purchased this mattress in April. It sleeps hot and is just too soft. I gave it two months and it’s just not holding up. I sleep alone in my bed and it’s already starting to sag in the middle. I reached out to start a return and they are giving me a hard time requesting proof. The 365 day trial must be a lie.

We had some problems with the Nectar controls not working. I contacted the Nectar team through email. They responded within a couple days. I say "they" because it took a couple weeks to handle the issue. But each time I contacted them, they responded immediately with professionalism and not having me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. Each member was a pleasure to respond to. And after a couple weeks, the issue was taken care of. We need more companies like Nectar! They care about their customers! TWO THUMBS UP AND A BIG TOE!!!!

These are very well made. I understand why they don’t want you to mess with perfection. We got XL twins for a split king. My wife is a bit heavier than I am and she still can’t wait to go to bed. We sometimes spend the weekend watching movies in bed. I’m a bit lighter a wished it was a bit softer. Have issues with my neck and back so adjusting the mattress works. I did have to buy a number of pillows to work with the ones that came with our set. Neck issues make my arms numb and hard to sleep. Oh man this was our best choice for our first new bed and mattress set. Oh before I took our old one out I opened the mattress’ and let them expand for 24 hours did just great. Still sleeping fine after a couple of months. You can’t beat the deal for 365 nights

I was seduced by the reviews and videos. This was the first and only time I ever bought a mattress without being able to try it. I slept on the Nectar while work was being done in my bedroom. You don't adjust to a new place to sleep in a single night, so I have given it two weeks. I am a side sleeper, which the Nectar is supposed to be good for. But pain in either hip kept me needing to try and find a comfortable position. I don't think a topper will help and I fear this guest mattress will not get enough use to soften it up. I hate to say it, but I will be contacting you to arrange a return.

I bought the mattress because I needed a new plusI don’t spell well. The first 2-3 nights I slept okay, then the next two nights was better but now after a month iI still only sleep about a third of the night. Frankly, I’m tired as ever but don’t have a clue as to why

The mattress was a little more firm than I expected after reading reviews and watching multiple videos.
