I have serious back and hip problems, sleep apnea, post-polio syndrome, arthritis, and scoliosis. I've struggled to find a good mattress, which is key for someone with my maladies. I am so thankful that I purchased my Nectar mattress. It makes a big difference in my sleep, and I rest easily. I love my Nectar!

My roommate sleeps on a Nectar mattress. She always raves about how much she loves to live in it. One week, she slept in my bed while I was out of town, and when I came back she said "I don't know how you sleep in that bed. My back hurts!" That night, I couldn't stop recognizing how much my back hurt and started to wonder how much better it could be. After a restless night of sleep, I woke up the next morning and ordered my Nectar bed. I've been sleeping on it for two weeks now and my neck and back feel soooo much better! It's supportive for both back and side sleeping (I shift during the night).

The mattress is comfortable if you lay in the middle of it. Getting in and out of the bed is the problem. The sides of the mattress are not firm and collapse under even minimal weight. So when I sat on it (I only weigh 120 lbs) to tie my shoe, it buckled under my weight. When I sit on it to lie down the same thing happens. When I roll to the side of the mattress in the middle of the night it doesn't feel sturdy. My partner who is over 6'4" and over 250 lbs feels like he's going to fall out of the bed. If the sides were more firm and supportive, we would like the bed, but we cannot comfortably sleep in it. The first time I called to request to return it, the woman I spoke to talked me into trying their "firm topper." I agreed. I waited two weeks for it. It was not firm. It provided no additional support. What it did do, was completely negate the cooling effect of the mattress. I woke up multiple times the night I used it in a pool of sweat - and it was in the 40s that night. I took it off - as well as the mattress and put my old one back on. I bought a Nectar and not another mattress due to their trial and return policy. Well, they have made returning the mattress a NIGHTMARE!! You can't just call up and say you aren't satisfied and that you want to return it. You have to take and email them pictures of the mattress, tags, and then more pics doing a weight test. I asked and this is their process. They are looking for it to be defective. It's not. I went to a mattress store and tried the one there. It did the same thing. The lack of side support might not bother some people. But it is not the mattress for me. And the process to return was anything but easy. It was frustrating and aggravating. On my 3rd call and after several emails, I finally got them to agree to refund the mattress. I really wanted to like this mattress and company. I get that not all mattresses work for everyone. But they should honor their commitment to an easy return.

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress when we came across Nectar! Our old mattress was starting to show its age, We would wake up with sore muscles and a general feeling of feeling unrested. After one night of sleeping with our Nectar, All of our sleeping issues were gone!

This was a big purchase for me but it was worth every penny. My insomnia is not cured but it is better, I'm able to fall asleep in a reasonable amount of time. I am so much more comfortable with this mattress than any previous one I've ever had. It feels luxurious, including the sheets! I am extremely pleased!

Had plenty of mattresses over the years but, Nectar is the best thus far. Not a bad price for what seemed to be a highly recommended mattress especially when I was looking for a good bed set at a decent price. Love love the nectar mattress. I was hoping for a decent mattress but never would of thought I would be this satisfied. Far exceeded my expectations! Had my mattress for over a month.

This company probably paid some people to write a good review for them! My experience with the mattress and the company alone was purely a nightmare. The mattress gave me immense pain. I had to go on my entire pregnancy sleeping on this sunken mattress! There’s so much I can rant about but I’ll just save your time and warn consumers to beware and stay away from Nectar sleep!

We upgraded to this mattress from a 10 year old mattress. So far I love this mattress and we have had it about 3 months. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is not cooling. This mattress, especially with the mattress protector that comes with it gets pretty hot, to the point where I have to turn the AC up and I sweat where I’m laying. My partner doesn’t have this complaint, but I am a very hot sleeper. I am overweight and pregnant so it’s kind of hard to turn in the bed because u sink in a little bit but other then that I love this mattress and the pillows are amazing. I would definitely buy this again and I don’t regret this at all!!!

If you are contemplating which mattress to buy, you can stop reading reviews right now. This is the one! My husband and I are hot sleepers and this mattress is perfect. It does not retain our body heat. It has definitely helped the pressure points for both of us. We’re both side sleepers and have experienced drastic improvements in our hip and shoulder pain. Excellent mattress for the price and love the sheets and the pillows are nice too, however, I kept my old pillow just because I didn’t want too much change at once. My husband has tried it and really likes it though! Quit looking and just buy this one!!

The day I got my mattress I was very excited to move from a saggy traditional mattress I'd had for about 15 years to one that came highly recommended from friends and acquaintances. The first night, though, was a pretty difficult sleep. I felt like I was sinking into the mattress. I stuck with it for about eight more days (it's also worth noting that while nectar says you can sleep on the mattress the first day you get it, it doesn't fully expand for up to three days) and all of a sudden something clicked and I had a really good supportive sleep. I have had moderate upper back pain for most of my adult life and it is measurably better since switching to the nectar. and with another almost year to try this mattress risk-free, I feel confident I made a great decision...and I don't anticipate returning it.
