Good bed, great sleep, delivered quick and timely, came in great condition. I will say the bed frame we bought set up was fairly easy, but we find the boards at each end of the planks come out really easy so we have to make sure every few days it is still aligned or may fall through.

I’m giving the Nectar mattress five stars because it truly delivers on quality and value. The construction feels solid, and it offers excellent support—especially for back sleepers or anyone who prefers a firmer sleep surface. That said, I personally lean toward a more plush feel, and Nectar definitely sits on the firmer side of the spectrum. If firmness is king, Nectar wears the crown. Even though it’s not my ideal comfort level, I can’t deny that it’s well-made, dependable, and backed by a generous trial and warranty. For anyone seeking a firm memory foam mattress, this one’s a standout.

I bought the nectar mattress and the adjustable frame. When you put the leg part up the mattress goes up with it , they told me it would eventually conform, it has been 2 years the mattress is still over 8 inches up from frame. I had spilled a small drop of water on the mattress they would not honor the return I had it for less the a month.

I’ve been waiting over a month now for this mattress which is rediculous in today’s world. With very little help from the support team. If I could give 0 stars I would I don’t even want the bed anymore because of how much of a joke this is. At this rate by the time I get the mattress my lease on my house will probably be up. SMH.

Very comfortable, I don’t wake up stiff in the mornings now and the pillows are incredible. Loving my new mattress . Only thing is that once youve sunken into your spot, sometimes you almost feel stuck there. But that’s usually just when its really hot.

Best mattress I've every bought/slept on. The price is as amazing as this mattress!!! Woke up with that lower back pain, when it hurts to take a deep breath, for waaaay too long. First night, gone! Use to wake up 8-10 times a night to shift position, no more!

I love that it is comfy, but I don't feel that cooling sensation that I was hoping to feel. Free pillows are good, and I can feel the cool there, if I'm just laying on it. but as a bigger woman I can't sit on one size and put clothes on. The wooden slats move and I have to move it all back

The middle 2 legs bent on the adjustable frame. Notified the company on April 6th, 21. Purchased bed in November 2020; Sent the required documentation along with pictures. Continue to get false information about the shipping date. Unable to use our bed due to the bent support legs. Today is May 30th, I think we have been more than patient but now I want everyone to know how hard it may be to work with this company if you have a problem. Want resolution, new legs or my money back. Have never had this much problem with any other company.

(we tried it for 10 months) and I would love to share just how amazing their customer service was! I have talked to three different people and they were all phenomenal. Easy to talk to, not pushy, sounded happy to help be and the return was exactly how it is advertised. Returned. Full Refund. Easy peasy. Even though we decided to return the style mattress we had, I will 100% look to this company again because they were so awesome at handling everything.

I’m a stomach sleeper and I had no discomfort in the lower back area at all! This is after moving into a new house for two days! Highly recommend! My husband does alligator rolls in his sleep and I felt little to nothing throughout the night. We’re both super impressed!
