It has helped my dark spots. My face feels super smooth and is so much brighter. It does not have a fragrance and does not irritate my combination skin. I was surprised how bright my face looked the next morning. I do like how silky my face feels the next morning. It does feel almost slightly oily or slick after putting on, but since it is a night cream it doesn't matter too much.

My face definitely felt moisturized each night after applying. I have no idea if the retinol effects worked. I don't know that I saw a difference in my face with the addition of this product. If you're looking for a nighttime moisturizer, check it out. I'm not a nighttime facial care gal so I'll stick to my morning routine. I would be interested in trying out Olay products that are meant for daytime usage.
