We're sorry to hear that our STEM Flying Insects Light Trap didn't capture those pesky bugs and we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this, Jen. When placed near areas of high insect activity, we expect this to be an effective solution to your problem. As this wasn't the case, we'd like the chance to talk and learn more. In order to do so, please give us a call at 877-869-7546 (weekdays, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT) and mention reference number: 22528376. We look forward to making this right! - Megan, STEM Consumer Care
