I just got my STEM insect trap I am exited I live in az and have a fly problem because I have dogs, before STEM I used to buy the strings that just look awful a complete eye sore but this is very different I think it even looks pretty the blue light in it even matches my kitchen cabinets it has some super sticky double sided wall I think for the insects to be trapped and the light to attract them have really high hopes in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing and I loved it I have received this product from stem and Influenster for my honest review and I can say get it with this season here in Florida of the flys and Fruit flys it's always a mess 😬😬😤😤 with make me stress enough because it runs like crazy and I'll I can say is this is super effective and has caught so many I couldn't believe how effective this is and how awesome it worked and has trapped so many flys and fruit flies I highly recommend the effectiveness it's very well made and highly durability the design I like it because it looks very modern and love the blue light that attracts the bugs to come to true light very nice modern and safe environment around kids and pets for all my family I love the safetyness but overall that it's works I will definitely purchase more

I thought it was easy to setup and was discreet in the living room. I have cats so I like being able to use an Insect trap that is pet friendly. Currently I only have fruit flies, but I noticed that within an hour of use that the trap had already collected a few on the sticky pad. I also like how the bugs stick to the pad so I only have to dispose of the refill.

Just take it out if the box and plug it in, then remove the sticker. The blue light attracts the bugs, mainly if it's dark, and they get stuck on the sticky trap. Easily catches gnats, fruit flies, and house flies. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

This light trap does effectively catch fruit flies if you leave it around a place where they tend to congregate. One important thing is that you need to have an outlet near the area for this tool to work. My main issue is that the "1 Device + 1 Refill" on the package is misleading. You don't actually get any refills because the "refill" needs to be put into the device for it to work. I wish it came with at least two of the blue sticky plastic pieces rather than just one.

Both sides of the refill are sticky so I feel that will help capture bugs. This product seems like it will be effective against small bugs.

I have some mushy bananas that are a fly magnet. We were chasing one for two days but could not get to drive it away. So comes this new fly trap and behold it did the trick! We finally got rid of the annoying bugs. The bluei light is quite bright and may be intruding at night if you forget to turn it off. Could have included one more refill, otherwise awesome.

Its ease of use and non-toxic design make it a great option for families . The UV light may need to be replaced after a certain period, adding to the overall cost.

Would be nice if it came with more than 1 trap. Would also be nice if there was an outlet on the front of the trap to not block one of the outlets. Interested to see how long it is effective before needing to change.

I like the idea and the color it reflects is a nice cool blue looking color. However I'm not sure if I am using the product correctly for what it's meant for. I've tried moving the product around my home, bathroom other rooms ext. but as far as what it's meant for it's still clean and it hasn't caught any bugs, flys or insects yet. I would like to say that even though it's intended use is not really working as of yet it is an excellent night light. Recently I started having my daughter sleep in her own bedroom and we love it. The cool blue color that it reflects gives us a calming mind and puts me to ease knowing that my daughter will not be afraid. So thank you guys and the whole STEM team for making this awesome fly, big catcher/ night light!
