You can have it plugged in working in just a minute. With the blue light it looks like a nightlight and attracts bugs and captures them to rid them from your home. I like the idea of the product and am excited to use it as the weather warms up and bugs are more prevalent.

Stem light trap is super effective at catching tiny annoying critters in our home. We have a lot of house plants and the fungus gnats can be insufferable sometimes. This light trap is great at suppressing the infestation.

I do really like this product but I give it four stars because the design is not perfect. On the plus side, the product works well, is easy to set up and does catch bugs. It uses the blue light effectively and does make a difference when it comes to catching bugs. However, the piece that you insert is very sticky and can stick to your hands. It's one of those things you don't want to touch on accident. I will say it is reasonably priced and does work well so you can expect it to work.

The light will attract them to the glue, and they are eliminated from the home. The design is well thought out and will catch lots of different pests. The light illuminates blue and does a good job at catching small bugs like fruit flies. I keep it near my sink and countertop which has fruit on them. It catches any bugs that come. I like that the plug can be turned so it fits in different shaped outlets.

The soft blue light isn't over powering of obnoxious, but it is visible. Overall size is small, maybe if it was bigger it would catch more. Overall this is pretty average. It works, replacements are affordable, and it keeps annoying gnats away.
