It was very easy to open the sticky tape on the back. It's blue light is the perfect brightness. It's not to bright at night to where it will keep you up. it's bright enough tho to use as a nightlight. I was impressed with how quickly it caught the small fruit flies that were around. Will definitely be buying refills.
