Therefore, we get your occasional fruit flies here and there, which can be very annoying. I have been looking for quite some time for something effective yet safe because of my dog so I didn't hesitate to want to try out the stem light trap. I am quite impressed by it because it is a good overall product. Not only is it effective with my fruit fly issue, but I don't have to worry about it being harmful to my dog.

I guess the only complaint I have is the refill only last about two weeks which is a huge downer for me, I would like to see it last for at least two months or longer. Small illumination and it's easy to place in those odd buggy spots, easy to replace and easy to change iut when it gets overwhelmed with bugs. only downside is that it's very fragile. I dropped it one time and it got a good Crack in it bit still works like a charm

It gives off a nice blue light that attracts fruit flies. They stick to the glue pad and it's easy to remove and replace. I also love that it is nontoxic.

The stem flying insect light trap is basically a night light with a sticky plastic piece that bugs stick to. The blue light attracts fruit flies, mosquitoes, gnats, moths, etc. I think it's a good idea but does seem pricey for what it is. The cartridges are recommended to be replaced at least every 14 days. I've only used it for a short period of time but I think I can be useful if there's an active bug infestation. I also think I'll catch more bugs at night when the blue light is the only thing that is bright.

The glow of the light is nice shade of blue and not distracting. I was getting a few fruit flies in my kitchen and I have noticed a decrease in them within hours. I am highly satisfied!
