[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used this for the recommended 2 weeks and noticed lots of bugs within the first 24 hours. Very noticeable decrease in the flying bugs in our house. We had a pretty good amount of fruit flies as you can see.. The insert has a sticky trap on both sides . I try to avoid using toxic chemicals in my home. It definitely attracts insects.

It hasn't caught them yet, but my old one collected several moths and other bugs last summer, so I'm confident this one will work well also. I like that it's non-toxic and safe for my kids and pets. This easy to use STEM product plugs right in as is all-natural. I like how it can fit in a corner and as a bonus serves as a little night light. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

It's great that it's pet friendly. No chemicals I have to worry about with dogs. The light is nice and not too bright. It catches my fruit flies really well. It attracts flies and traps them so you don't have to worry about pesky flies roaming around. Them being trapped in one spot also allows for easy clean up.

I have a lot of plants which have brought a lot of gnats, boo! One just landed in my cereal this morning. I knew straight away I needed to use the STEM light trap. It has been plugged in for five minutes and I already have my first gnat!

While the trap is a bit more noticeable than I would like (it is about the size of a deck of cards and lit with blue light), it could pass for a nightlight. I just set it up, so time will tell how well it attracts and traps bugs, but I love the concept. I can't wait to start trapping those pesky flying insects! Refills were available in the store I purchased it, which is a plus for both the environment and my wallet.
