I plugged it in near my kitchen to assist with the occasional fruit fly. The blue light is a little bright, especially at night, which can be annoying. The product itself and the refills, which are recommended to be replaced every 14 days, are pricey.

I was looking forward to try it out because I always have problems with fruit flies in my kitchen. It was very easy to use it. I have no problem with it. I believe it will attract the fruit flies at night when all the rooms are light off and dark. I like how very bright the light is make it enough to attract the flies. The trap is very extremely sticks so there is zero chance for flies to escape after being stuck to the sticky trap. I believe one trap will last for a month or two then I can replace with new trap which it is very nice. There isn't anything I don't like about this product so I am happy with it. I am very confident that this STEM light trap will revolve my fruit flies issue. So it is definitely worth getting it if you have similar problem as me.

I have a lot of little small flying insects in my garage as it is open and closed several times during the day. I have never known how to get rid of them and this light trap does the job. It works like a nightlight and draws the insects to it and they stick to the sticky pad behind the unit itself. I keep it high on the wall in my garage although I'm sure there are many other places that it could be used. Definitely a win-win for taking care of insects that fly and still be people and pet friendly.

It worked immediately, as soon as I plugged it in it got about 3-4 flies. These are incredible and the only thing that has been able to tame the fruit fly problem at my home. 10/10 recommend!
