You just plug it in and leave it. Love that it's family friendly and you don't have to spray chemicals to get rid of these insects. Set up was very easy, you just peel back the paper to reveal the sticky trap part then plug it in, you're good to go!

The orange spotted beetle bugs did not go away during the winter months. I'm so happy to use this product that doesn't have chemicals that can harm my pets or grandchildren. I am really excited to use this light trap to see if it is helpful. I like the fact that it is pet friendly as I have two very curious dogs. it is rather larger and intrusive when plugged into some areas of the house so I ended up plugging it into a socket in my kitchen near the baseboard. This uses refills which needed to be changed appropriately every 14 days.

They seem to multiply once inside. This Stem Light Trap is so easy to use. Simply add the refill to the light and plug in. The light will illuminate blue and attract bugs to it. It's that time of year when pesky flies and insects seem to make their way into my house. Stem makes a great product that attracts and traps these pesky flying insects with its plug in light. This product is very easy to use. I bought the starter kit, which included one device and one refill. The refill gets inserted through the back of the light once you peel the protective film off. Then you plug the light in and watch the flying pests find their way to the plugin light! The cartridge only needs to be replaced when it's full of insects. I've found this product to be pet friendly, as well as people friendly because it's insecticide free.

I have a small gap in my living room window and a ton of plants, which allows and attracts small flying bugs inside of my home. I noticed immediately upon setting it up, it attracted and captured one of the bugs so far, which leaves me very optimistic in its ability to work. It has a nice blue light, and blends right into the aesthetic of my home, which I love.
