I bought this computer for my spouse who had recently returned to college. This computer is lightweight and has some great features that we needed. I was jealous because this computer was cheaper than the one I had bought for myself with the same features. This is a sleek looking computer and is easy to take to school in a backpack. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I was doing A LOT of research to invest in the right laptop. It came down between the i5 and i7 processor. Since the i7 processor was narrowly faster than the i5, I felt confident in purchasing this HP. It has not failed to impress me. It boots up fast and I get to my tasks or apps right away. My budget was $500, but I was only going to get an i3. The extra money was worth it. This is my 1st Pavilion, although I've had other HP's in the past, and I doubt I'll ever go back to a "standard" model. It's lightweight and I love the finish. I use my laptop to pay bills and use spreadsheets, word docs, write emails, and play FB games all at once, there's no lag. This is a great laptop to invest in.

Bought this for my daughter on Black Friday for college next year. I got it all setup with no issues, screen is crisp. I think this will be a great laptop for her.

I bought this laptop about a 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with it. Its light weight and beautiful. Keyboard has back light.. great product for the price

I love this laptop. I had issues trying to get it to connect to my wifi at first, almost to the point where I returned it, but was able to fix everything and this laptop is great. I work in an office off adobe most of the day, files of great size, and still this laptop never lags. It opens all of my documents and programs in a jiffy, it also starts up super quick too which is so helpful when I've shut it off and suddenly remember I still have to print a document before I go. Also the gold is super pretty and it is sooooo thin! Battery lasts me a full 8hr day of working and playing background music/netflix on the side. Extremely convenient. Before this I had a dell and this is such an upgrade.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and it seems to be working just great. Everything you need in an affordable upgrade.

Purchased his laptop as we need to replace our old one. We couldn’t be more happier! It’s fast, powers up and down quickly with great features such as a backlit keyboard. Recommended!

Especially for the price, this laptop works great. Streamlined and light so it's easy to travel with, it has everything I need for work.

after numerous hours on line and on phone with tech experts, unable to get microphone to work with voice recorder even though the troubleshoot said nothing was wrong. Even after reuploading BIOS and Windows 10, the microphone was inaccessible. Thank God for Sam's Club which took the computer back without a hitch. No more HP for me!
