We have had our sauna assembled since March 27th and haven't missed a day using it since.  I wake up first looking forward to my morning coffee and then getting into our sauna for a good sweat before bed. A cold shower following is as close as we can get to a cold plunge for now. Sleep has improved for both of us.
Getting toxins out provides so many health benefits!  
It's also very esthetically pleasing to the eye and adds  much to our outdoor vibe. Now our son, several neighbors and friends want one too!
