When I first opened these pads I wasnt expecting to much because they are thin but they actually arent that bad. I mean I dont think they are good for overnight protection but I do think they are perfect for medium flow during the day. I love that I cant hardly feel it and it moves with my body. So I do recommend these as they are comfortable to wear but just not enough protection for overnight.

It is the always radiant pads in size 4 for overnight use in the light clean scent.they have the flex foam and have wings so they are comfortable to use overnight and especially good for people that toss and turn. They did not leak, and they have a nice scent not too strong.

I say this because on the first two days of my menstrual cycle I usually bleed heavy and have to change often. I was actually surprised that I didn't need to change so often which usually be about after every two hours and sometimes before that. I like how comfortable it was and how much it felt like I wasn't wearing one that is meant to be worn for overnight because they are usually much thicker. I wore the pads during the day and overnight and I had no leaks at all either time. I can say that it does absorb a lot and you still end up feeling dry afterwards. It comes with some nice packaging too.

Going through pre-menopause for few years. Before this product came out I would have triple layered pads ..to protect me from a heavy flow. It was like the flood gates would open. Now all I need is an overnight always radiant flex foam and I feel safe knowing that nature doesn't pull an embarrassing moment on me. I liked it so much that I started to give out a sample to friends and family.
