I love the foam one and with wings. It's very light and comfortable and does the work perfectly . No need to improve anything Its the best ... every month

I like to use these pads at night because I personally move around in my sleep and that can be an issue when it's that time of the month. These pads are great for that problem because it would not leak and cause a mess.
