They only hold light menstrual and I use them for light days or coming off days. They smell good but smell good things in that area of a women is not good it throws off your oh balance but it's good for work days though.

I have always used Always overnight, but when these came out and I tried them I have been using these ever since. They literally feel like nothing compared to a regular pad. I have no issues with leaks. Only thing I don’t like about them is the scent but they only come scented.
