I have a pretty heavy flow at the beginning of my period and I only changed my pad two times compared to other overnight brands that I have to change the pads often.

It makes me feel so much better and happier on my period when I remember that I am wearing these pads with the designs. They don't bunch up in your under wear they wick away all the moisture from sweating too they aren't seated which is a plus for me I have not leaked once since using these.

They have a nice pleasant sent to them and are like and sleek didnt even feel like I was wearing a pad. Was able to move freely and not feel like I was wearing a diaper. I am impressed with these pads! The scent is barely noticeable and still smells so clean. They are very sticky, but if you do not have to adjust it at all then it does not bunch up and stays in place.

If you have a heavier flow I would look for something a little wider. These were a little skinny, but worked well for me. I liked how long it was as well. I didn't like the scent too much I prefer unscented, but this definitely had a smell.
