[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an exceptional product defined by the following: (1) The taste is the best roasted sunflower seed butter, with a characteristic sunflower seed taste, with no off notes at all. (2) No noticable phase separation on storage, with a generally uniform viscosity top to bottom of jar. (3) Smooth texture, which makes the product easy to spoon from the jar, spread on selected breads and rolls, and very smooth on the palate. (4) Nutritional superiority and lastly, (5) Simpliciity of ingredients. Teriffic product formula!
