It's so creamy and smooth, not sticky like peanut butter. It's not oily either, so no need to stir! If you love sunflower seeds, you'll love this! It tastes so much like sunflower seeds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to see how liquidy this sunflower butter was. It was nearly able to be applied to bread by just pouring out of the container. The texture and sweetness compares to almond butters that I've used in the past. It was a slight grainy texture and is perfect to be applied in a peanut butter/jelly setting.

I appreciate a nut-allergy friendly butter, but the consistency was not good at all

I wasn’t too sure when I bought it how it would be, but I was surprised that it was very good. I tried it on a couple different things like celery and apples and I seem to like the apples a lot more with the sunflower butter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great alternative to peanut butter, especially if you or your children have allergies. I enjoyed the creaminess and flavor. Was very good in place of peanut butter on my PB&J sandwich. You can see and taste the difference in quality from most brands. I really liked it. It is also not as think, so I was able to do more with it. I got the Natural Sunflower Butter, but also saw a Chocolate version that I will need to go back and try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though I'm personally partial to peanut butter, I enjoyed the opportunity to try this nut-free alternative to nut butters so I could potentially use it as a substitute when cooking for people with allergies. I really appreciated the number of recipes available on the SunButter website which helped me brainstorm cooking ideas. I made SunButter blossom cookies and mixed some of the sunflower butter into ramen; both had a nice taste and provided some extra protein and vitamin E in my lunch and dessert. I would use this again if I was making an allergy-friendly meal for a friend!

It is low in sugar and healthier than peanut butter. It is easy to spread, great alternative for people with peanut allergies.

I wanted it to taste like peanut butter, but to me it gives rancid peanut butter vibes (but actually it just tastes like smashed sunflower seeds). However, my boyfriend LOVES it! He says it’s his new favorite thing. Four stars it is.
