(2) No noticable phase separation on storage, with a generally uniform viscosity top to bottom of jar. I normally use almond butter for my toast but I don’t know if I can ever go back. SunButter is just so tasty, creamy, and sweet but not too sweet, I can literally eat it by the spoonful.
