My only qualms were that the sunflower butter just seemed too runny. It was almost liquid. I also didn't think that it needed the extra salt. The Creamy variety was not available at my store, but I think I would prefer that next time.

It is low in sugar and healthier than peanut butter. It is easy to spread, great alternative for people with peanut allergies.

What I really liked was the small list of ingredients and no strange chemicals you normally can't pronounce. Sunflower seeds must produce a lot of oil when pressed cause my only drawback is how oily and soupy it is. I've stirred it up and placed in the fridge hoping this will make it more solid. Other than that one thing, this is a winner.

I really appreciated the number of recipes available on the SunButter website which helped me brainstorm cooking ideas. I made SunButter blossom cookies and mixed some of the sunflower butter into ramen; both had a nice taste and provided some extra protein and vitamin E in my lunch and dessert. I would use this again if I was making an allergy-friendly meal for a friend!

I’m used to peanuts butter that usually are more thicker. I add some to my overnight oaks and it was delicious. It has the nutty flavor that adds to my oats. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sunflower butter natural variety is good on toast . It's also good when dipping fruit into it or either in Smoothies . The ingredients are pretty minimal, the price is worth it . It also has a good amount of protein for each serving.

I think the one factor that would possibly stop me from buying it often is the sugar content. I feel that there are some tasty alternatives out there that are a lot lower in sugar content and I have to watch my intake of sugar for various personal reasons. I do think this is a nice alternative to standard peanut butter options on the shelf! I do love that it has a good protein content.
