It's got a good taste, but it's on the sweet side, due to the added sugar. The only option for purchase that my store had was the natural sunflower butter (which has sugar added). I do see on their website that they have a no sugar added version (just salt and nuts), and an organic version (just nuts). I would have preferred either one of those. Overall, I think the sunflower butters are a great alternative for people who don't eat peanut butter.

I like that it didn't have that thick layer of oil on top like other nut butters I have tried. I enjoyed it with an apple. The calories are 200/tsp and 17g of fat. and 7g of protein, so definitely eat this in moderation.

Did not taste as oily as some peanut butter that I usually use, so I feel this is a nice and healthy option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the taste of the of sunflower seed butter. Some people think if it is made of something besides peanuts it will not taste as good. This is not the case. I love to eat this right out of the spoon. It is extremely creamy and is not sticky nor does it make you feel like you need a drink or you will choke. Very enjoyable snack!
