It's rich, smooth, and packed with that distinct sunflower flavor. A delicious alternative to traditional nut butters, it's perfect on toast. If you love sunflower seeds like I do, this is definitely worth trying.

It was a little more goopy than I’d like, but I wonder if it would harden up after being in the refrigerator. Super smooth and tastes just like sunflower seeds. I think this would be a good option to put on rice cakes for a relatively healthy snack.

I've tried it on toast and with sliced apples and it's a great alternative to peanut butter. Would definitely buy again.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the taste. It is a nice change from our regular peanut butter. I will keep my regular peanut butter, but enjoy this option as well.

I do like how the sunflower butter is healthier than peanut butter so I will try to eat more of the sunflower butter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great flavor. I think it's much better than peanut butter, personally, and this brand is what I regularly buy. I usually get the creamy variety with the red cap & label, and it's quite thick, comparable to most nut butters I've had. The one I tried this time was the natural variety (yellow cap & label). I've tried it before, and while it tastes the same as the regular creamy variety, it's always been runnier. This probably makes it better for certain recipes, like sauces, and worse for others, like sandwiches.

It is a bit more runny than peanut butter which makes it easy to spread. My husband works in a facility with children and they are not allowed to bring nuts into the location. He loves putting this sunflower butter on crackers and eating as a meal or snack.
