Bought for my 87 yr old Dad to try as he was having neck issues - really liked the support and has helped him sleep better. Great value

I love these pillows! Very soft and cozy but supportive and have held up to my heavy tossing and turning very well. I do also totally feel the cooling, I can't stand being hot at night and these always keep my head cool.

The pillow was very firm to the point where it was uncomfortable. I could not use two of them together as it would actually hurt my neck. Haven’t said that it is good quality. I just need to get the soft one next time.

Purchased the more expensive pillows thinking they would be better. Not as good as club brand
