The only reason I didn't give this olive oil 5 stars is because I don't know how long it has been from bottling to my kitchen. I buy 100% California Olive Oil because I know it didn't take months after bottling to get here to the US from another country or continent. Olive Oil loses its potency and flavor the longer it is bottled.

This olive oil is better than oils I have used coming from Italy. And it's made here in California!

Tastes good. Very good quality.

The harvest date was excellent and promoted extended shelf life.
