Italian Olive Oil is a crapshoot because of the mafia. Almost everything labeled as EVOO is most likely a blend of whatever makes them more money instead of guaranteeing great flavor and texture. Make sure you get the 100% California from California Ranch. You will never be disappointed. Many years it sells out, so I buy 3 big bottles every April to guarantee fresh EVOO throughout my year. Highly recommended!

I look for 100% single olive location instead of olives from many locations. This is my go to for cooking olive oil and for salads. I want to stock up when they have it in stock… it’s one of those if you see it you better grab it because it may be another year before you see it again.

This is the best olive oil ever %26 Walmart has the best price. This is the only brand we use so when I buy it, I buy two because there must be a lot of other shoppers who also like it as it does run out but they notify me when it's back in stock.

One of the best tasting olive oils ever. I don't cook with it (I value it too much)...but you can. I use it on salads and drizzled over veggies, potatoes, cottage cheese...whatever needs a little richness and taste.

Great tasting olive oil! I use this for salads, roasted crispy cauliflower, broccoli, caramelizing meat, or anything you might directly taste the oil. I use a lesser priced olive oil for occasional frying or baking. I appreciate the bottle being GLASS %26 dark. I buy a small bottle %26 refill with this large one. It's a great quality oil.

I think this is some good olive oil but I don’t know how much polyphenols are in the olive oil. Polyphenols are important to our health. The more the better we receive nutrition which is vital to our health. The olive oil tastes great I would love to know the poly phenol levels.

I have been using California E.V.O. for a few years (5) now. Research shows this brand as one of the best quality oils on the market. Be careful which ones you choose. Some are not what they claim to be (questionable quality). Research,research,research!

The only reason I didn't give this olive oil 5 stars is because I don't know how long it has been from bottling to my kitchen. I buy 100% California Olive Oil because I know it didn't take months after bottling to get here to the US from another country or continent. Olive Oil loses its potency and flavor the longer it is bottled.
