[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Del Monte in exchange for my honest review. This was easy to prepare. The can said to use 2 cans and drain one, so I used half of the liquid in one can. It said to use feta or cotija. We had feta cheese. My husband also added some mayo and TJ's everything but the elote seasoning. We both enjoyed it and together ate the whole can in one sitting. I wouldn't necessarily buy it because I prefer to use fresh or frozen, but in a pinch this is a handy thing to have and I can see it being a crowd pleaser at a meal.

We use Del Monte whole kernel corn for taco bowls, but the Mexican style street corn is even better for that and adds a bit of a kick! Already thinking up new recipes to use this in!!

We ended up using it mostly as a dip for the tortilla chips. The flavor was excellent- all I did was add a little sour cream and Cotija cheese and it came out perfect. Even my picky eaters enjoyed it.

The corn is sweet and crisp, and the seasoning has a nice balance of creaminess, cheese, and a little chili kick. It's not exactly the same as fresh street corn, but for something straight out of a can, it's surprisingly good. Super easy to throw into tacos, bowls, or just eat on its own when you want a quick fix.

Canned corn is usually so bland but these definitely are a fun way to spice up dinner specially, on taco night highly recommend.

It was a fabulous upgrade to plain corn! I followed the serving instructions and prepared it on the stovetop. Although I didn't have cotija cheese, I added mayonnaise and sour cream, which worked wonderfully. I also rinsed the corn since I'm somewhat sensitive to spice. The result was a hit! The corn was flavorful, healthy, and easy to make. Both my husband and I went back for more. One can makes enough for two side servings, which was perfect for us. Even after rinsing, the corn retained some heat, but it wasn't overwhelming. I would definitely look for this product again. It's a great addition to any meal, especially if you're looking to add a bit of excitement to your usual sides.

It was easy to prepare over the stove and didn't require any other ingredients if I didn't want to add them, which was nice. I cooked it in a pan and ended up putting shredded cheese in it and melting the cheese, then putting salsa on top. It was good and I like everything about it except the smoky flavor. This may be standard for Mexican street corn and I just am unfamiliar with this particular dish. But other than the smokiness, the ease of preparation, the spices, the fact that it's a whole dish in one container and just needs to be heated up…all great!

It has a slight kick would be nice to use as a side dish at a BBQ on a summer day or Super Bowl party!
