We use Del Monte whole kernel corn for taco bowls, but the Mexican style street corn is even better for that and adds a bit of a kick! Already thinking up new recipes to use this in!!

BUT what I can say is that the taste is good but it is definitely spicy!! If you don't like spice this is not for you. Maybe with the extra corn and more cheese it wouldn't be as bad. The corn was fresh and flavored just right. I added this corn to my chicken tortilla soup and it added wonderful texture and flavor to my soup. I'll definitely purchase this again.
