Mighty Patch

Hi Lynn, Mighty Patch works best on pimples that have whiteheads or pus in them. They work by extracting out the pus and fluid in the pimple and then flattening it and speeding up the healing process. If your pimple doesn't have pus in it, it probably won't work!
