I got these in an Ipsy bag and I'm totally mystified as to how they work, but I don't even care because I've never experienced anything like them. The first time I used one, I put it on a very swollen zit-to-be, and I was amazed at how the patch just sucked all the infection out- when I took it off, there was not even a mark. My husband was so impressed he wanted to try them too! But the really incredible- and really gross- thing is that I think they helped remove a mole? I've had a small flesh-colored raised birthmark just under my lip my entire life that only this week suddenly started to feel very tender and irritated and became really swollen. I kept putting Neosporin on it, but I knew I wouldn't be able to stop picking at it, so just to take my mind off it I put a Mighty Patch on it. Several hours later, there was more infection on the patch that anything I've ever seen, and the birthmark is GONE. I still want to get the spot examined for safety, but the raised birthmark is nowhere to be seen- it just looks like a cut on my face that's healing. How did Mighty Patch do this? It's astounding. I'll definitely be ordering more of these!

They have been an absolute lifesaver with my skin's recent breakouts in this summer heat I have so many small whiteheads that can't be popped without damaging my skin. I love that these can provide coverage while actually treating and healing the blemish rather than me having to cover with makeup that actually makes the situation far far worse! I highly recommend. Two issues with these patches. One, even though I bought the “invisible” ones, they’re not invisible enough to wear out of the house. Two, they don’t seem to do anything (but maybe I’m not leaving them on long enough—the instructions say to wait until the patch turns white, but apparently 8+ hours overnight isn’t enough time for it to turn white).

I have tried so many brands of acne patches and I think these are the best value. Whenever I break out, I always use these patches and sometimes I forget I'm wearing it because of how invisible they appear on the skin. They are an easy way to control acne and prevent pimples from getting worse. My favorite pimple patches for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried other hydrocolloid patches before, and I appreciated that these ones were thinner and had a smaller diameter. I prefer them for day wear because they are less noticeable! They do a great job protecting trouble spots from inadvertent picking or scratching.

I tried these out in an ipsy bag and fell in love, had to buy some more! Keeps me from picking at any pimples and making them worse, while also helping reduce the inflammation. Love to put them on after all my serums so they stick real nice, and then my moisturizer. Would definitely continue to purchase.

These patches work wonders! They help to clear up white heads in a mere day or two as opposed to untreated white heads that can take up to a week to clear! It is a bonus that the patch helps with my terrible habit of picking at my face. They are worth EVERY penny.

I really love Hero Cosmetics Might Patch (Invisible) for helping my skin blemishes heal more easily. I like that they are simple yet effective. They cover the blemish and allow it to heal while being protected from being exposed to any more bacteria or dirt. I highly recommend these. I use them for body blemishes as well as facial blemishes.

these are the best to ever exist i actually can’t stress this enough I love and live for these they are the same as the og but more discrete for when you wanna go out and not look like you are wearing a pimple patch. I personally used these and the ogs I love wearing the og ones at night and these for when I go out.

Love having a lighter patch to use during the day if I have a blemish that's continuing to heal (or when I'm staying over with a partner). It's not entirely invisible unfortunately – especially if you put on makeup, and especially around the mouth (it's pretty clear there's a patch there) but it's lighter weight and really nice to have, and works just as well as the normal patches do.
