I have had both products (light and regular) in the fridge. My son will go for the regular every time thinking the flavor is better. I have given him a "taste" test as a dipping sauce for pizza. He likes the light better.

I have used the light Hidden Valley Ranch for a few years now. It is one of the few light dressings recipes that doesn't taste terrible. I also like the fact that it is gluten free because I have a daughter that has a gluten allergy.
