My Type 1 brittle diabetic husband on a pump LIVES on these. He absolutely loves them and they help him get a lot of protein in without too much volume (other health issues and require less volume intake). He goes through about six 8-packs a month. Like others have said, the price jump is due to increased quantity. Slight increase per bottle with it, but not worth not having. I’m thrilled with the larger quantity count. The poor reviews are from people who haven’t realized the increased quantity with the increased price but they’re obviously people who enjoy the product. The rating opportunity is for quality of the product, not for being mad at Sam’s. I wish those who were mistaken in their ratings would go edit them to reflect a product quality evaluation to be fair.
