Lost a star mainly for the delivery time, besides that, my kid doesn't complain and he sleeps well enough to forget how he slept lol.

However, I don't usually sleep face down and I have needed to lately and for that I find it really uncomfortable.

Pleasantly surprised. It definitely feels squishy when you press down on it but has a nice soft yet firm feel when you lay/sleep on it.
