We laid on a friend nectar mattress and it was extremely soft and comfortable. We got ours and it was firm. Customer service did send us a 1 inch pillow top to go on it which did help out. Still in the trial phase to see if we like it.

This is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. I’m a side sleeper and over 200 pounds. I finally sleep without waking up in pain. It’s amazing. I love this mattress. !

The mattress was too hard for us and it had no edge support which made it hard to get out of. It may be okay for someone that wants a really firm mattress.

Great mattress unfortunately I sleep too long and can't move once awake. I have had back problems for years, it's just not firm enough for my situation.

We cannot wait until bedtime! This is a quality mattress, brilliantly engineered. Most softness reviews call this a 6/7 - I'd consider it a 7.5 (with 10 being hard as a rock). Very forgiving, does not sink in the middle, etc.

After years of waking up in pain and little sleep, we have been pleasantly surprised at the difference it has made. We now go to sleep quickly and wake pleasantly. Thank you!

My husband and I are so happy with this mattress that we are telling everyone we know. King size bed for two XXL people who sleep on their side is working perfectly since day 1. We adjusted to it immediately! Best bed I’ve ever had.

Mattress- it is really comfortable but feels like I am laying on a warming plate. Not as cooling as I would have hoped for; even with my AC at 72 and two fans going.

My husband and I are comfortable with this mattress. It works well for him as a back or stomach sleeper and for me as a side sleeper. He runs hot and I run cold and this mattress serves us both well.

Love this mattress for my platform bed. It is a comfty firm and allows me and my partner to move around at night without disturbing each other. I am a platform bed convert because of this mattress.
