Super firm. Me and husband wake in constant back pain. Wake up in sweat. Cool technology does not work as claimed. Mattress is not medium firmness but super firm. Returning.

I’ve always had hand-me-down mattresses but I finally chose to get a new mattress once I moved. This one has the right kind of firmness that is great for a side sleeper!

After much internet research we went with Nectar. We are overall pleased with the quality, comfort, and coolness. Some issues with getting the edges to stay down at first but that has lessened over time.

This bed really satisfies our needs. You “sink” into the mattress which relieves pressure on the hips and shoulders. And there is minimal movement in the bed, I hardly notice my husband getting into and out of bed for work. Overall a nice mattress.

I never knew a bed could be so comfortable. I am also impressed with the customer service: everything from the communication about the process, the efficient packing and ease of set up.

So far so good! We both have slept very well, waking with no aches and pains and barely moving during the night- we hardly disturb the covers-makes making the bed a breeze! Had no idea how much we needed this!

We bought this for my youngest son and he loves it! The first day we opened it, he voluntarily took a nap and slept through the night, something which was previously unheard of. This bed is so comfortable! Very happy with our purchase.

It took a couple nights to get used to it - but that was because I was sleeping on a lump of laundry. I get better rest, deeper sleep and dang it feels good. Now I never know when my husband gets up in the middle of the night to pee. Its beautiful.

Purchasing went like clockwork, from placing order to receiving, returning getting a replacement mattress. Nectar was expedient and professional in all facets during the process.

Purchased this mattress to replace my old mattress - reading ratings thought it would be great upgrade. I was wrong, wake up everyday with hip and back pain worse than with my old mattress. what a mistake of this purchase was.
