If I could give less than 1 star, I for sure would. This has been the absolute worst mattress I've ever slept on in my life. I can sleep in a super thin coil mattress and not wake up with as much pain in my shoulders, hips, %26 back as I do with this nectar mattress. Do NOT waste your time, money, sleep or BONES on this mattress. I don't leave reviews unless I feel strongly about, and this was definitely worth the negative review.

I thought for sure that I would love this bed, but I was wrong. We bought the split king, and the mattresses slide apart all the time. They are not comfortable anymore either. It was the first few nights, but being a bigger person, the mattresses wear down quickly so the comfort no longer exists. Very disappointed in the purchase.

Honestly when I bought this mattress in 2018, it was the most comfortable mattress I had ever owned. We rebought a king this year and every night I am in pain. My hips and shoulders hurt from how stiff it is and even after a month, it has not softened. I had to buy a mattress topper just to get through the night because I would be up for hours in pain. I am just so disappointed and feel stuck, it truly feels like a rock.

It took me about 2 years to finally make up my mind into buying this mattress. While delivery was pretty fast, setting it up was also pretty fast. I feel the mattress is a little more firm that I like. It also came with no instructions in side the box even tho the email said to look for instructions. After the mattress was ready to be used, I noticed some few little holes on the cover it self. I didn't make a big deal because I also bought the protection cover. But after paying what I paid for this mattress u expect to be in perfect conditions. And when it comes to sleeping, I'm still having trouble sleeping and sometimes I wake up with pains in my body. I bought this mattress because my two oldest kids have it, but when they saw mines they said it's definitely different than theis. I'm not a 100% happy with my purchase. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars.

I bought two for a daybed/trundle bed in my guest room. I turn them side by side on the two frames, to make a king bed when guests are here. Just had my first guests here for a week and they loved the mattresses! Said they were moving in!🤣 I'm pleased!

Best mattress EVER! My husband and I were suffering from aches and pains every morning when we got up. Restless nights of sleep were endless. We took our time with all the reviews and Nectar was the one we chose. Thank you so much for helping us get the best night's sleep in over 20 years the aches and pains are gone. We wake up feeling well rested, refreshed and ready for the day. If I could give you a thousand stars I would. .

I've been sleeping on this mattress for a few months now and I'm genuinely disappointed. I had high hopes given all the marketing around comfort and support, but the reality hasn't matched up. I wake up with lower back discomfort most mornings — something I never experienced with my old mattress. The foam doesn't feel as supportive as advertised, which is concerning given how new it is. I also found the off-gassing smell lasted much longer than expected. For the price point and the promises made around the trial period guarantee, I expected significantly better. I'm hoping Nectar can make this right — whether that's a refund or some form of compensation — because right now I can't recommend this mattress to anyone.

I have problems with the bed frame: it's not laying flat. The foot end is slightly inclined. Reached out to support on this issue on 5/12/26 and still haven't heard anything. It's important for me to lay flat since i am quadriplegic. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.

This is a very firm mattress. Had to buy a mattress pad and that's still not enough. It does not support your body shape. It's like lying on a piece of plywood. Would not recommend. I'm going to return mine as soon as the 30 days are up which is in a couple of days.

I am very impressed with this mattress! I have sever back problems and was obtaining injections in my spine due to pain and had trouble walking and being mobile. My daughter purchased one and told me how great this mattress is. I can tell you I have had no back pain since my purchase. I am able to walk and bend and no pain. I am overwhelmed with the outcome and the great relief of back pain. I questioned the mattress and I can tell you the mattress is wonderful for anyone who deals with back pain. I am beyond Awh!! Best purchase I ever made on a mattress and highly recommend this to everyone who suffers lower back pain.
