Bundle missing at delivery, no estimate date to delivery the Mattress. I ended up canceling the purchase because such bad experience at the very beginning of the process

Process was convenient, I can sleep on it, but it is less amazing then I was leaf to believe, I am looking into adding a topper to it for more comfort

The sides of the mattress collapse easily and the width didn’t fully expand to the stated size leaving a 2” gap on the side of mattress to the edge of my bed frame. Disappointing

I kept this mattress because it is just for the guest room and I don't have time to deal with returning it. It is very, very firm. I had to order a soft topper for it.

I enjoy the mattress so far so good! No issues or complaints yet. It's medium firmness for sure nice mix. Not hot at all! After having my old mattress, getting this one help with my neck and back pain.
