Packed for easy removal. Box is heavy so you will need help. Reaches maximum size overnight but most of the size is reached in 20 min. Takes 2 nights to get used to the mattress and that may have everything to do with the mattress you are giving up. Lumps and bumps are not about the nectar. It is smooth, supportive and comfortable. I am extremely happy with this mattress. For the price, it can’t be beat and if you need more cush, just add a tempurpedic topper. You will never look back and the nectar sheet set? I was skeptical because I am fussy about sheets. These are soft and silky and cool. Very impressive.

The mattress was super easy to set-up and was ready to sleep on within hours. The mattress is comfortable, not too firm and not too soft, and does not get overly hot like some memory foam mattresses are know to do. Overall it seems to be a good quality mattress and I am happy with the purchase.

Firmer than i like - feels hard. It does soften up some with body heat. Sometimes i get stuck in the hole created by my body heat when the rest of matress remains hard. Giving it more time for me to adjust to it or it to adjust to me before i write it off for good.

I purchased a nectar premier mattress hoping to upgrade to cool, comfortable sleep. This was the biggest mistake and waste of money as it is the hottest mattress to sleep on.. we both wake up drenched in sweat several times throughout the night. I’ve gone from sleeping on my old bed with a sheet and a “cool temp” lightweight comforter, to just sleeping with a sheet and struggling to get comfortable. I either toss and turn to get away from the hot spots from my body heat, or lay there and sweat completely through my tshirt. This never used to happen on my pillow top bed!!!! Buyer beware!

I've had my nectar for a little over 2 months. I like to sit on the side of my bed and there isn't enough edge support so I have to sit all the way up on the bed. Within the 1st week I discovered that it does sink on the side your lying on. I have a king bed and only sleep on one side. When I rolled to the middle of the mattress it felt like I was rolling up a small hill. I have already turned the mattress once but now I also try to sleep in the middle part of the mattress to even it out. I feel this is too early on to have this problem. Also, I don't get hot flashes and was surprised to find myself getting hot at night while sleeping so the temperature control of heat is not that great. I don't know where all these 5 stars are coming from but I was sadly misled by them. I hate going through the process of returning anything so I'm stuck with the mattress and will have to make it work. I wish I couldn't have found a mattress like my old Beautyrest plush pillow top that lasted me 20 years and was the best mattress I've ever owned.

After a lifetime of backaches on traditional beds, I decided to try the Nectar. When I first sat/laid down on it, it felt like a dream! But my first night was a nightmare. I tossed and turned and woke up frequently. When I finally got up in the morning I felt terrible and couldn’t stand straight. I was determined to keep trying because it does take time to adjust. After a month, I am still adjusting(keep in mind I have back problems to begin with) but I can say it is definitely getting better. I’m hoping that in a few weeks or month I can come back and give it a 5 star review. As for everything else… shipping was super fast, easy to assemble and I love the overall look of the bed.

Very hard and uncomfortable for my pressure points. Called after 2 nights of misery and waking up crying :sob: because I was hurting so bad only to be told we had to try it for at least 30 days before they could fully refund our money. If you have fibromyalgia DON’T BUY this mattress it is very hard and Not as they say, that it supports all parts of your body with memory foam. It was a nightmare for me. Only gave “1” Star because you had to press something to give a review. Otherwise I would have given “0” Stars. The pillows came 2-3 weeks before mattress and they are very comfortable memory foam and cool to sleep on. I was excited thinking the mattress would be like this. Not the case at all. So entirely different. Sorry Nectar but the Representative lied to us. This bed is hard as a rock and Not for someone with Fibromyalgia that suffers with Muscle problems daily!!!:sob::sob::sob:

My husband and I got our bed as a wedding gift. As soon as we put it together and laid on our backs it snapped on us so for weeks we were sleeping on the mattress on the ground and fast forward to today and the bed frame is falling apart again. I am so Unhappy that it’s falling apart. Save yourself some trouble get a box spring and a metal bed frame rather than buy a wooden bed frame from them.

It's been about a month. Waited about a week before using it since it was still off-gassing. The bed never expanded to a true queen size, it's 2 inches smaller width wise so the bed frame underneath sticks out and poses a safety hazard. The bed itself is ok. Super lightweight so you can move it around.... But it also is moved out of place very easy without something to hold it in place. Don't believe the purchase is worth it.

About a month ago when purchasing the bed, delivery was set for the end of June. Now at the end of June I check to see the same status it has been all month “waiting to ship “. So I called in and they said it should be shipped any time now (meaning they had no idea what was going on) and it would take another 14-21 business days… i move in Thursday and will have to take my old bed now instead of donating it here because I have no idea if this bed is ever going to show up. Frustrating.
