I used to love to travel because the hotel beds were WAY more comfortable than what I was sleeping on. But, when I got my Nectar, I don’t want to leave home! Literally the best sleep I’ve ever had!!!!! Sucks that I have to get up to go to work (ugh!)

so i got a nectar in 2018. needed a new one and went ahead and bought one. the new version is slightly taller and does not give the same support. if you are looking for the original nectar mattress, this is not it. my lower half sinks into the bed and causes lower back pain. i must say though that the original nectar was the best!! may have to return this one :( i give 3 stars on this bed as its too soft. and i give 5 stars to the original nectar! wish i knew they changed it!

My title says it all. At the start, I received the wrong piece sizes for my bedframe and my mattress ripped while using the cutting tool they provided. Fun right? It's okay though, support was more than willing to help my issues. I got a new mattress and bedframe pieces sent. Mattress arrived and I very very carefully opened that one, and no problems. Bedframe pieces took a little longer, and when it finally came in. Shoot me, it's the wrong pieces I was asking for. I contacted support again this time with pictures and circling the piece I needed. They understood and sent the piece. After about a month from the initial order, the right piece finally arrived. I'm 5 stars for nectar because most companies do not have a support and services team willing to help and be so responsive as they were with me. I know it took a while, but thank you for such a comfy bed and easy setup bedframe!

I did a lot of research on “box” mattresses. I had literally just moved into a micro apartment with 3 flights of stairs. I needed something ASAP and easy for me to move myself. The reviews on different websites all seemed to mention fast shipping. So I ordered it, not expecting a 3 week delay after the fact. I get it, COVID, etc... but I feel like we’re at a point that this company should already know and estimate shipping accordingly. Anyways, the mattress is fantastic, sleeping on the floor for almost a month kind of made me wish I had ordered from a different company with a better grasp on shipping times. Oh well.

For the price, this mattress cant be beat. As far as comfort, I just wish it was a tiny bit more firm. You do sink in slightly. The edges of the mattress seems to give a bit more if you sit at the edge for an example. The package deal with sheets and pillows are pretty neat. The pillows are nothing like the picture, super flat so that's my only complaint about that.

It took us over a month to get our mattress. First our accessories arrived after about 2 weeks, then the frame a little while later and the mattress 2 weeks after. The shipping updates were poorly communicated, and overall slow process. Mattress is good quality. Frame is impressive. The bedding- sheets, etc. are so silky.Love those. Pillows need more give, but still nice. If speed of delivery/communications was better, would be 4.5 stars. Overall, VERY good value!

First of all, I was extremely skeptical and hesitant to purchase an all foam, shipped in a box mattress. However, I'm glad I did! I have had a great night sleep every night. No sore shoulders or hips. It is a dangerous mattress though, I find myself hitting snooze repeatedly because I just don't want to get out of bed! Very happy.

I have struggled over the past few years with finding full comfort during sleep which resulted in inconsistent rest through the night. Since Nectar I have actually slept through the night every night and wake up feeling rested and not as stiff. It's been a game changer for me.

Initially it feels soft, but once in position it’s like being in sand, you are then fixed in that position. I guess the idea is to keep you from tossing and turning. We wanted to give it a chance and break it in, but we are looking into the return process.

We purchased this to replace another memory foam mattress which I loved. I was concerned that I might not like this one as well. No need to worry, this mattress is great! I had no problem adjusting to the change. My husband took a few days to adjust, but no complaints now. Very comfortable mattress! If you have never had a memory foam mattress you should give one a try. They are awesome!
