My title says it all. At the start, I received the wrong piece sizes for my bedframe and my mattress ripped while using the cutting tool they provided. Fun right? It's okay though, support was more than willing to help my issues. I got a new mattress and bedframe pieces sent. Mattress arrived and I very very carefully opened that one, and no problems. Bedframe pieces took a little longer, and when it finally came in. Shoot me, it's the wrong pieces I was asking for. I contacted support again this time with pictures and circling the piece I needed. They understood and sent the piece. After about a month from the initial order, the right piece finally arrived. I'm 5 stars for nectar because most companies do not have a support and services team willing to help and be so responsive as they were with me. I know it took a while, but thank you for such a comfy bed and easy setup bedframe!

I guess my expectations might have been to high, the first few nights were very good sleep. Then I went thru a week of little sleep, didn't understand. Im getting ok sleep, not add good as I had hoped, maybe it will change. Waiting to see if it gets ro hot in summer.

Love it! Bought for daughter, upgrade from older spring mattress. She is a student athlete and trains hard, and she needs every bit of quality sleep we can offer her, and this has made a noticeable difference in her ability to fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed.

Advertised on being on the firm side but it actually sinks in a lot which really causes lower back pain to act up... Can't sleep on it without a firm topper or will cause unbearable back pain by the time I wake up. Great feel it would be a very nice mattress if it didn't sink in much or at all I think

We've been sleeping on our nectar for about 6 mo. and I can say it's pretty good but not great in every sleeping position. What I really love about other memory foam mattresses is that you fall into the mattress just enough but not too too much. To me the nectar feels a lot more like a standard mattress and less like a memory foam. Don't get me wrong, it's a great mattress just wish it felt a bit more like the memory foam mattresses that I've loved in the past.

A friend referred this mattress to me and omg what a game changer. Its so comfortable I never want to get out of bed!! I can't feel my husband moving while he sleeps which he does alot! I never feel him get out of bed in the morning when he goes to work and even my cat likes it!!! Definitely recommend this mattress for sure!!!

While this seemed slightly less firm than I was used to at first, I've slept great on it. It also doesn't seem to have the issue my last mattress like this from another company did where hot air would come up through the mattress. Good value for the money.

Im a little over a month in with it, it is initially comfortable when you first lay on it, but it is a Very warm mattress, even with the cooling mattress cover, it just locks in the heat, and I wake up sweating almost every night, I am a constant side sleeper, and my lower back has been hurting more and more lately unfortunately. I'm going to give it one more month before considering my 365 day money back guarantee. I've read that alot of people have similar issues with their mattress.

Very comfortable... great nights sleep. We are very pleased. We waited a long time for delivery but were told at order time that it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery and it took 4. Would have been better if they just said approx 4 weeks for delivery and I would not have hoped for sooner. I messaged customer support and they were very quick to respond and very pleasant. We are glad we chose nectar regardless of the wait time. A great value and most comfortable bed we have ever had in the 50 years we have been married. I am accustomed to my credit card being charged at time of shipping but since we got the bed with headboard and linens package we were charged for our entire orderat one time right after our order was placed. This upset me initially but in retrospect it does not seem to be an issue.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and set went well. So far it has been a great experience. The bed is comfortable, and I slept well from day one. The only thing that I think would be helpful, if even possible, is to have more stability on the edges. When I sit down on the edge of the bed to do something, then go to lay down there is a depression where I sat. So for a short time I'm laying on a slight slope. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase!
