After I posted a mostly positive 4 star review stating that our queen mattress was narrower than spec width, Nectar customer service reached out to me to replace the mattress under warranty. I’m amazed that I didn’t have to pursue this, they contacted me! The replacement mattress is 60” wide, as it should be, and Nectar has contacted a donation partner to pickup my very gently used mattress to be resold so it stays out of landfill for a few years. Win-win! I will recommend Nectar to others when looking for a mattress.

I used to have a cheap mattress from the Zon, but I was moving and wanted to upgrade to a new mattress/larger size. This is definitely a splurge, but I find that sleep affects the rest of my day more than anything else, and I am happy with my mattress so far. It's also good to know that if things change within the first year, I have the flexibility to change my mind.

This bed is honestly pretty magical to lay on. It took a little getting used to because I had just come off sleeping on a very broken down bed, but I can tell that I am sleeping much more soundly than before. I work out a lot - and the support and rest is helping my body to recover faster.

Nectar I really want to love this mattress. I have major back pain from a car accident in the past and carrying my two babies hadn’t helped my injury. The Nectar mattress feels great on my back, the memory foam molds to your body in a way that alleviate the pressure. With my husband’s job, he works early mornings and late night’s; it’s so awesome being able to not hear him get in and out of the bed. Since it’s memory foam, the mattress doesn’t squeaks. My husband and I purchased a Nectar king mattress, king bed frame and were gifted Resident king sheets set, mattress protector, and king pillows. I love the pillows and the bed frame! The pillows are my favorite out of the whole deal. Like I said, I want to love this mattress but the biggest issue I have with it is, it’s too hot!! Which is why I only gave 3 stars. Sleeping hot is a huge deal breaker for me. I like to sleep cool. I keep my thermostat on 69/70 at night, but even then sleeping on this mattress I turn my fan on because I wake up hot and sweaty. The Nectar mattress feels like it absorbs heat, so then the sheets feel wet and clingy to my body. I sweat so bad some nights that one night when my daughter crawled in our bed in the middle of the night and asked, “mommy did you have a accident (she means wet the bed)?” Haha of course I didn’t, I was hot and sweaty. I have to wash my sheets more frequently that normal. My husband loves this bed, but even he ends up throwing the sheets off him at night. Almost every day I threatened to return the mattress but I honestly don’t want to. I just wished it was much cooler than it is. I’m not sure how we will make it through summer; surly I will have to return it then. I hate sleeping hot!

The customer service is great. I haven't had my mattress for 30-days. So, I'm still settling in. I purchased because of the price and back pain. It's comfortable, but could be firmer to support my back. I'll wait until 30-days after delivery to determine if I need something firmer or a firm accessory to add on top of the mattress.

We never had a quality mattress before or spent this kind of money on one. It is worth every penny. I sleep through the night and have no kinks in my lower back. It’s firm but comfortable and just holds your weight evenly. Even my dog doesn’t get out bed anymore.

I enjoy the mattress but it is definitely taking a long time to get used to - it is much firmer than I was expecting. I wanted to just feel like I was falling into a pillow marshmallow and I just did not. I slept horribly for the first 2-3 nights - slowly getting used to it. been a little over a month now. plus it has been warmer than I expected. I like it to be cool in the bed

This mattress is second to none and unbelievably comfy! It's the perfect balance of firm and squishy. Has to be tried in person! I accidentally stumbled upon Nectar while looking for a new mattress option and I am beyond thrilled that I did. The combination of price and value are unbearable. Amazing warranty and high quality freebies. There is virtually no pressure and totally elevates any and all back or shoulder pain. Nectar is King!

The most restful sleep I’ve had in years. The mattress is soft and contouring, but it is more firm than I expected. After the first night, I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not. The brochure that came in the box said to give it 30 nights and I decided that’s what I would do. By the third night, I was sold. I barely move all night long whereas I was always tossing and turning on my previous mattress. I normally sleep hot but not on this mattress. It stays cool even now during the hot Texas summer. I also really love the sheets that came in the bundle and will probably order more. My daughter recommended this mattress and the 365 day return policy made it easy to give it a try. I’m very glad I did!
