So I paid extra for the upgrade lush mattress and come to find out they don’t even make it anymore and they have a totally different bed. So I’m just stuck with the useless upgrade and have to purchase a whole new bed? Didn’t know it’s like buying a car that every year there will be a better one.

It takes a couple nights to get used to it, but once you do, it’s the best sleep ever! I used to have such bad back pain in the morning. I still do (I’m 37, and have had back pain since my teens, mostly due to family history) but now I’m waking up with less pain. Would give 5 stars, but only gave 4 because it took forever to ship. Finally shipped when I contacted nectar to find out what was going on. Other than that. I love my new mattress!

When searching for a full mattress to replace a teen's twin I repeatedly read about the Nectar mattress. Given it was a great price I thought we'd try. Amazing! The purchase and delivery were very simple with great communication. After my husband + I unpacked it, let it breathe for a day we lay on it and both said WOW. I am a side-sleeper and my husband a back; we both found it supportive, firm yet also soft and no bounce (we don't like bounce). We have a King tempur-pedic and our kiddo's new Nectar is seriously just as comfy. Our child, a dedicated stomach-sleeper, has loved it as well. When we need to replace mattresses for other kids and ourselves we will definitely be back.

It sleep good, just not what I was expecting. Once you are still the mattress engulfs you and it is hard to move and reposition yourself on the bed. When a couple get close to cuddle the bed sucks you both in and you actually have to crawl out of the hole that is created when you need to reposition yourself. I don't know if there is a harder mattress, or this is how it is!

This bed is not ideal for people of all sizes. The bed is soft, but too soft. Whenever my wife lays on it she complains that it feels like it's sinking. I'm really not a fan, and it's definitely not worth the money. Wish I could get a refund, so that I can buy a more firm bed. #moneywaste

So i ordered a mattress 10 days ago and have yet to be provided a valid tracking number. I’ve called Cs and was told that they are using a new carrier which does not provide tracking information to them or customers. So in reality I’m out of luck with being able to determine if I will be able to host family in my home tomorrow night which is Thanksgiving. I’m beyond disappointed and upset to see that the promised date of arrival was nothing more to than just a random date picked instead of a date that Nectar can promise on. I tried cancellation the order but was told that it would take up to 14 days to be processed and I need the money to purchase a mattress for family that’s coming in from out of town. Either way the jokes on me for relying on the ETA provided by Nectar. Ok will definitely not recommend this to anyone nor will I purchase again.

I have been using this matress for about 2 months but my old 10 year old matress was more comfortable to both of us, together the two people that sleep on this matress weigh about 400lbs and even that seems like too much weight. We haven't even been sleeping in bed for the past few days because it has become an annoyance to wake up in the middle of the night multiple times to get comfortable again.

The mattress is extremely comfortable, especially on back and side. Not great on the stomach. Easy to sleep with someone else because the foam doesn't not transfer movement if someone is tossing and turning. The foam works best when you're more than 6-8 inches from the edge of the bed. If you have a dog that pushes you to the edge, this may be tough.

We love the Nectar products including the mattress and pillows. However, my review focuses on the Resident brand items that they’re offering for free. The pillows aren’t comfortable, mostly too firm. The sheet fell as part after one wash. The fabric came apart from the elastic band and the color went dingy. The mattress protector seems to be good though but I haven’t put it through the washer yet. Free stuff is great but hopefully Nectar stops using this brand.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. This mattress did not work well for us. I noted having knee and back pain after trying it. It seemed like an easy choice to try it since they advertised such seamless returns. My return inquiry began in November 2021 and now January 2022 they have yet to pick up the return or process my refund. They have partnered with another company ShareTown to facilitate the pickup of the return. Sharetown has both made appointments and failed to show, no call or warning. Then sent false information blaming me for their failed practices. They said that I had refused to reschedule. That was entirely false. Now I'm stuck in waiting as Sharetown continues to delay scheduling and pick up. I am unable to purchase another mattress because both of these companies have no regard for our time, efforts, or money tired up in this matter. I do not recommend trying this mattress unless you are committed to keeping it without the possibility of returning. I intend to make this known to as many customers as possible because it has been very unfortunate and totally frustrating.
